Hotel room was nice, what I expected. The lady who checked me in at the front desk didn’t look me in the eye once, smile, or greet in any way. She definitely needs customer service training. Especially when she’s the only employee I encountered during my stay

Terrific business hotel, well-located amidst good dining options. Rooms are clean and modern. We have stayed here multiple times and it is always our first option when we travel to the area. My only nitpick is the hotel's shift to the bistro-style breakfast service, which isn't terribly competitive with other local options in terms of price or quality.

I love the surrounding food options & the much needed bar option. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but my room was not clean. The bathroom toliet was disgusting. The beds were not made properly. There was hair all over the floors and sink. I did call the front desk to make sure she had given me a room that had been previously service and they immediately sent housekeeping to confirm & they said the housekeeper was new & in training. That was my only complaint, but I slept peacefully after i cleaned & disinfected the room myself.

Wedding stay Came for a wedding in Ruston. Not a bad stay. Waited at the front desk with no staff twice during stay, otherwise service was good.

This was move in weekend for area colleges in conjunction with opening weekend of football season. Check in was a train wreck. 4PM check in ended up being 6:30PM check in becuase hotel management doesn't know how to manage several large groups checking out and checking in on the same day along with the general public. The excuse I heard from hotel staff several times when questioned.....we're trying to check in the "out of state" soccer team or there's a football team checking out. Not my problem. What happened to check out at 11AM like the rest of us. Very disappointed in this property and will not stay here again even though I'm a Marriott member.
