Staff was courteous and efficient, hotel room was clean and as expected. Tv quality was poor, but really did not matter.

The hotel was VERY clean which is my first priority when staying in a hotel! Easy access to the freeway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is only the second Sleep Inn I have stayed in but both of them have been exceptional!

The hot water systemis not good I let it run for 2 minutes no hot water Need some sign in bathroom on how to get hot water Room 113 which we were 1st put it was very noisey due to elevator Transfrred to room 119 mold between tiles on bathroom floor.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. However the noise from the highway is horrible. It was like trying to sleep at the race track. There were a few annoying things like the shower head didn't work correctly it was either a mist or a hard stream and the wifi wouldn't connect. I believe there are better hotels for the money.

Okay stay I booked one handicap accessible room and one regular. My biggest issue is that the room was not truly (ADA) accessible. If you are in need of that, Id suggest you stay else where. The first room they put us in had a toilet made for a child, not even an adult, let alone a person with physical limitations. There is no hand held shower or enough space for your wheelchair to turn around. I felt that some of the staff were not as understanding about my plight. Especially since I called beforehand. Our bed was on the firm side. Definitely not the best sleep. The cleanliness was decent. They were short staffed and i believe it showed, despite the effort.

The hotel was fine. It was obviously an older hotel that the remodeled but it still feels like it could use some improvements. Breakfast was good, employees were nice. There was no water pressure and it took a very long time for the water to heat up. We even had to take Luke warm showers because the hot water was depleted. The location was good, close to fast food and restaurants and shopping.
