Wonderful beauty and awesome location to be a perfect resort. Delicious foods and cocktails step by step spot to click pictures. Captain Bikash gave me a memorable experience in a perfect location to get a dinner. Do not forget to dine in at cabana at evening it's beautiful.

My experience at Tiger Palace Resort was extremely disappointing. The resort failed to meet even basic standards of hospitality and service. The staff were unresponsive and often rude, making every interaction frustrating. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty linens and malfunctioning amenities. The food was subpar, lacking both flavor and variety.

I booked a honeymoon package for my nephew from 17th to 19th May. It was a surprise and gift for him from my side as I could not attend the wedding ceremony. As I have seen the pictures and videos which he forwarded to me. Room decor and towel art were very basic, however, my nephew liked it. Food, service and other facilities were good. Firstly, I live in the UK, so pounds instead of dollars should be a payment option. I had to pay in dollars, as suggested on reservation. It was debit card payment so it should have reflected the amount within 24 hours but it took around 3 days to reflect in their account, for that I had to contact Himalayan bank via email to get confirmation. The first breakfast was missed because no one told him the time of breakfast and what was included on th package. The second day package was on AP plan but the service staff told them that they are on MAP plan, I had to contact the reservation person again to sort it. Bishal Subedi was very polite, really nice sales man and very co-operative person who took this booking. He was the only point of contact for me at that time. Overall, comfortable stay but could be better as I didn't see any wow factor. Next year, I'm planning to come here on vacation, hope to see you soon. Bishnu
