Beautiful private villa in quiet neighborhood, 5 minute drive from our private beach. We have 2 gazebos, a heart shaped pool, a pond and lots of lush property to explore. Singles can feel very comfortable and safe.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Our place is very child friendly!.About customRules:A/C is limited due to high cost of electricity. 2 fans in each room, nights in JA are usually cool..Cook/chief is optional for $25 per meal. Housekeeper is included as needed. Tips are customary.,Light laundry included. There will be a charge for excessive laundry..About checkIn:Check in after 12:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Smoking outside only..About events:Events allowed.Events are with owners permission and extra charge.
