Convinient place if you have stuff to do around Ruiru. I like the access to a Supermarket, salon and pharmacy. Pleasant staff all round. Management should upgrade towels and bathroom ventilation.

Great ambience and spacing, Comfortable chairs, Jolly Staff, To check:- Day's special combination - some items aren't well-cooked e.g. the ribs, Staff/waiters need to be more attentive to guests, Some background music/instrumental would he fantastic

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a full chicken but what was served to me was missing the wings. When I questioned it, instead of correcting the mistake, the staff refused to serve me again. The waiter (named Moses) even misrepresented the situation to the head chef, telling him that I refused the chicken because it was boiled — which was completely untrue. To make matters worse, when I later requested more drinks, the same waiter outright refused to serve me. I found this not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expected honesty, proper service, and courtesy, none of which I received. I left feeling frustrated and mistreated. Management should seriously look into staff training, honesty, and customer care if they want people to return.
