What a fantastic hotel and staff. Can’t recommend this hotel high enough. Exceptional value for money. Every detail amazing. Gorgeous clean rooms. Fabulous food all weekend. Canapé’s were a taste sensation. Wedding Breakfast stunning. Head chef is worthy of a Michelin star!! All superb staff. Sue & David F you were amazing thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding weekend everything we wanted and more.

We went to the Rufford arms for a family birthday meal. This was our first visit. The restaurant is beautiful inside. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food delicious. The menu is varied with a £25 two course with a good choice or a-la-carte. The children’s menu was great. We will definitely return .

The visit to the Rumford Arms restaurant was a delightful experience for both of us. The exquisite food prepared by the chef was truly exceptional, and the attentive and friendly staff made our evening even more enjoyable. Celebrating my birthday at the restaurant added a special touch to the evening, and the delicious food made the celebration truly unforgettable. As first-time visitors, we were highly impressed and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

I held a 60th birthday party and the food, rooms and service were excellent. The staff really couldn't do enough to help and were very efficient all evening and it really made our party feel special. I would highly recommend a trip to this hotel for any occasion

From the moment you walked through the door, you felt special. The service was professional and courteous at all times. But the cuisine…….. It was the finest quality of food I’ve had in a very long time. I cannot wait to stay here again and enjoy the delicious food that they provide. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

Room good. Food very good. Staff very, very good. What a pleasant place to stay - and to think I'd have picked the Premier Inn if it hadn't been full! So refreshing to see a young team of staff who both enjoy and are good at their jobs. I will be a regular visit to Ormskirk over the next few months and I think I've found my home from home...

It’s a hidden gem. The restaurant was of Michelin star quality. The family were very impressed. We hope to be back. The staff were very professional and couldn’t do enough for the guests. The quality and variety of the food was awesome. We will be back.
