After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Rudrapur and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a prime location, with easy access to popular attractions in the city. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They even upgraded my room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise.

你應該提高食物的質量和味道…我吃了蘆薈帕拉塔後嘔吐了..麵條每種食物都沒有味道…房間很好而且乾淨..你應該檢查你的家具…worddrope…..椅子桌子

網路不工作。很多次,從入住到退房卻沒有出席。並郵寄到 Raision 預訂但不是人不來。當技術人員來了卻沒有鏟掉。技術人員不了解網路服務。

I stayed for 45 Days on an official Trip. Stay was very nice. All the staff did extra to comfort me. Mr Ranjeet from Housekeeping and Mr Yash from F&B were outstanding. They always took care of whatever was needed. Would love to return again to stay here.

The extra bed was horrible; it collapsed twice in the night. When we went to complain in morning while checking out and asked to talk to GM the Duty Floor Manager denied it. We stayed on 16th June 2025 and checked out on 17th June 2025. Very discourteous and rude Floor Manager

Nice hotel and good service but need some improvement in cleanliness of bathroom and rooms are very dull because of lights thats why light should be changed and wooden floorings are dark in colour
