壹華威公園飯店(One Warwick Park Hotel)

Room and hotel generally were good but let down by 2 things ... no prior warning that parking had to be booked in advance meaning we had to use a public car park 500m away,.....plus an extremely annoying small light in the bedroom ceiling which was presumably part of the fire security system, which flickered very noticably all night ...not good ! Apart from these issues it was a comfortable stay and nice breakfast.

Booked a room with a balcony for our 20th wedding anniversary. Checked into our room to find no balcony and to be told there were no rooms with balconies available. Room was also roasting hot and air con not working. Phoned reception and was told they would reboot the system and then it would be fine. Half an hour later and no change. Had to summon someone to the room who confirmed there was an issue and maintenance had been called out. No guarantees of how long this would take. 3 hours later, the air con was eventually fixed. Really really disappointing experience for what should have been a celebratory weekend.

Pas de parking malgré que cela soit mentionné sur le site de l'hôtel. Avons dû nous garer à plus d'1 km dans une rue non sécurisée. Première chambre proposée sans rideaux, uniquement des persiennes... Centre ville un peu désert, sans charme

Nice hotel and location with good standard of rooms. Long wait at check in as they had given our room to someone else. Buffet breakfast was of good quality but availability of items was a problem.

We stayed here as was at a wedding locally. Lovely modern hotel with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Wonderful front desk staff- warm & accommodating. Convenient to everything. My room was very comfortable with a sitting area & small fridge which was handy. Every person I met that worked there was an example of caring professionalism. Alice was particularly helpful with my requests & I saw her assist an elderly guest with patience & kindness. I will stay again when. Next in TW.

Lovely room, very clean and quiet. Good location right near The Pantiles. Very nice breakfast, limites selection but ery good quality food. Staff very attentive and welcoming. We were concerned about the bath. The shower was placed on the edge of the bath so had to lean to get a full shower. But the bath had no shower mat and the bath was deep so getting in and out of the bath was very tricky. If the bath/shower was improved we would give a higher score.

I stayed in two rooms during my stay - one night in what was meant to be one of the best with a friend who was getting married the next day. The aircon did not work (only room in the hotel) and despite complaints nothing was done to fix it that night or for those that followed for the bride and groom. The room wasn’t even cleaned for them one day. The breakfast was pretty disappointing and the service was appalling mainly because we didn’t see anyone at breakfast one morning at all so went without coffee. The room we then moved into had no shower gel and the check-in was laughable to the point we weren’t sure if we’d paid or not at one point. The staff couldn’t even direct my partner to the bathroom correctly. All-in-all the hotel rate is too high for the basic nature of the hotel, it’s terrible service and attitude of staff and in the current heat, it’s unacceptable to leave someone in a room that hot with a fan that breaks and windows that only open an inch. I wouldn’t expect to pay this rate and have to sleep under a wet towel to go to sleep

Very convenient location in a quiet yet lively area with train station, nice cafes and restaurants nearby
