Arrived late and checked in was an awkward process. Booking through this site will get you the worst room in the hotel! Facilities are adequate but not inspiring, the pool is small.

可愛的飯店，住了一個長週末，使用了水療設施——他們給我們免費升級了，真是太貼心了！美麗的庭院，餐廳很可愛，步行一小段風景即可到達城鎮 唯一的批評是游泳池很小，沒有太多座位，桑拿浴室僅限男性或女性 - 但其餘的住宿和設施足以彌補這一點！ 還推薦下午茶:)

Lovely hotel. Had a beautiful room with a huge bath and separate shower Breakfast was delicious Staff were very kind Will definitely stay again when I’m in Tunbridge Wells

the staff are second to none very attentive nothing was a problem from day manager to housekeeping will book again and keep going 👍
