普利米爾倫敦伍利奇皇家兵工廠飯店(Premier Inn London Woolwich Royal Arsenal)

Per la pulizia della camera bisogna avvisare ogni mattina se ci si ferma più di un giorno; la camera è grande con vista sul Tamigi, ma la tappezzeria della sedia è usurata e sgradevolmente macchiata; il personale è molto disponibile e gentile; la colazione buona e varia. A cena il cibo è decisamente buono ma i tempi di attesa molto lunghi.

Very nice and clean

I stayed 4 nights, during which I slept a maximum of 4 hours per night. The mattress was hard, the border at the head of the bed was missing, the sheets were thick and heavy, which made them fall on the floor, the windows cannot be opened for ventilation and they are not completely insulated. in all the days the cleaners did not come even once to clean. The bathroom was very clean, with shampoo and shower gel. The location is relatively good, 2 minutes from the elizabeth line and 4 minutes from the normal subway. In my opinion, there are better hotels even if the prices are more expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This hotel for a basic hotel which Premier Inns are is excellent. I’ve stayed here for two weeks straight for work and had the attached Beefeater add on package which is also excellent. Staff are all very polite friendly and helpful. No iron? Just ask immediately supplied. I don’t like having my room made so having to ask when you do want is a pleasure. Rooms are what you expect from Premier Inns and was a great nights sleep. Was told when booking in they had over a hundred kids on tour. Never heard them and was advised as best times to have breakfast to avoid the chaos. I asked for carpark side room as was told road side can be noisy. Car park isn’t run by Hotel and you have to pay the carpark company, a little bit of a pain as I forgot one night to do and had a bill by a.m. but not hotels fault. I’ll review the Beefeater separately.

Great location. Hotel as expected for a premier Inn. Only issue was a constant humming noise from what I assume is the hotels air con/heating system. I was on floor 5 & a friend was on floor 1 we both heard it all night long. Attached to a Beefeater for breakfast.

You never get a 2nd chance to create a good 1st impression. Checked in early with Katrina. She was great, efficient, kind,and very endearing all with a smile...excellent start to my stay. I often stay here when in London...easy access to LCY airport and central London via train or Eliza other underground line. Thankyou Katrina!

The staff was amazing and respectful. the local and fellow bookers were also respectful. The rooms were cleaned to the max, the food they offered was cooked perfectly. Have absolutely no complaints at all. The staff made my experience 10/10, the reception was always available to all of us and were in general satisfied with our experience. Definitely 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking!
