丹佛南梅多斯公園索內斯塔 ES 套房公寓飯店(Sonesta ES Suites Denver South Park Meadows)

This hotel was lovely, super affordable and very comfortable and clean. The one downside was that the first 3 days we were there the breakfast was VERY LIMITED to grab and go, and even that wasn’t restocked. A woman who works there stated “the usual kitchen person didn’t show so .. oh well this is the best we can do” when a cute little kid asked for something. I get staffing can be tough if some one doesn’t show up, but working in hospitality and service industry my whole life, that’s when a manager steps up to heat the precooked sausages, eggs and grab batter for the pancake machine… disappointing during Christmas time to say the least … other than that the hotel is great and I am sure when they have someone to heat the food, it’s even better. Just urked a lot of folks that no one else could step up

Pros: Helpful staff. We were late for breakfast and staff held some food for us. Nearby restaurants. Nice big rooms. Cons: charged $5 per day for parking. This is one of those annoying add-on fees that seems like a blatant money grab. The area is suburban with a spacious parking lot.

The first room we were assigned had a very dirty floor and dirt on the sheets. The assistant general manager was great and immediately got us a new room and comped our first nights stay. In our new room, there was an extremely cold draft and the staff member I talked to said our only option would be to stack all of our luggage and stuff in front of the door then draft was coming from and hoped that would help. Unfortunately it wasn’t very successful and we struggled to keep the room, especially at ground level, warm enough.

Best stay in Colorado. Would definitely stay again. We were checked in by Sarai. Top notch person taking care of our every need. Friendly and professional. She should be promoted to train others on how to treat customers right!

So when my family & I arrived at the property we was greeted my the GM i had advised her thatvwe would be staying until mid November or so. Two weeks ago we had a billing issue that was fixed, now the following week the GM allowed our room to get booked so we was severely inconvenienced my wife had to call off of work & lose $ because we had to move instead of extending our stay. I don't recommend anyone to stay at this property. Its poorly operated, never in my life have I had to deal with such unprofessionalism!

Upon check-in, the agent found issues unknown to us with the original room (where neither of our keys worked). The second room we did stay in had blood on the comforter among other stains; the shower curtain had 5 stains on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen area. There was no body soap in the shower dispenser. Upon checkout the agent thought she was doing me a favor by waiving the parking fee, which I didn't even know about. If you are going to charge almost $200 a night, there should at the very least be efficient housekeeping. So disappointing.

Concierge away from desk when arriving for check in during both recent stays. Did not use limited breakfast buffet. Very warm in room with long time gl fire effective cooling achieved. (This was a winter stay)

Major renovations ongoing so the lobby area and more is in progress. The staff were nice but at check in we were assigned a king bed room although we had specifically requested 2 double beds. My husband had recent surgery and has to get up frequently during the night making noise which is why. When we asked for the correct room we were told none were available. The room's kitchen had a coffeemaker but no coffee supplies at all. Breakfast was ho hum, with NO decaf, soy/nondairy milk, bananas, fresh eggs or omelets, only instant stuff. There were some kind of sausage burritos but we don't eat meat. Not a good value for the cost of our stay which was more than usual for the area. Nice big TV screen in our room. We probably won't return there.

If I could give this place a negative 10 rating, I would. But hopefully, this review will be taken as such. We booked a 4-night stay here well in advance to find out after arriving at 2:20 am following several travel delays, that we had missed the check-in cut off time of 2 am. Since there was construction going on and there was no obvious entrance to the place, we had to call the front desk from the parking lot to allow us in from another entrance. We were told by the only staff member present that they won't be able to accommodate us simply because we were 20 minutes late. Upon asking if there were any rooms available at all since we did not have transportation and did not want to get stranded in the middle of the night, we were told that they were fully booked, hence making it perfectly clear that they had over-booked the hotel. On top of that, the person assisting us was extremely rude and kept repeating the same thing that we should not argue with her, even though we were only trying to ask clarifying questions. She refused to provide her manager information, other than an email which would not have helped in that situation. My husband and I are well-travelled people and never have we faced this level of not just terrible customer service but lack of emotional intelligence from a hospitality stand point. I would highly suggest going to a different place.
