Well they took an extra 80 bucks from me and one of the other desk workers was kinda a dick

Coffee and oatmeal at breakfast were always lukewarm at best, for all 3 days of our stay - not OK. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

This was a good choice to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Location for needed dinning and pharmacy was helpful. The staff, especially Nico, were pleasant and eager to be of service. We had a change of health and needed to change our reserved days and the staff worked to accommodate that. I would/ will stay there again.

The staff is very very kind!! Just wonderful people! The breakfast is delicious so many options!

The hotel did not smell good when you walked in lobby and our room smelled terrible the whole 5 days were stayed

Breakfast was the cheapest possible. , not to say junk!! No cups, glasses or mugs in the rooms or available in the eating area . Coffee in the morning was just water, when I ask if there is more coffee available I was told that no this is. It’s better to not offer anything at all then Ofer this !!

Everything was excellent! Our check in host was awesome and so customer oriented. Room was great, breakfast was great! Very nice stay!!

The pool was clean, a little cold, but nice. I went for a walk in a nearby neighborhood and felt safe.

Checkin was fast and easy friendly and informative let us know all the good places to eat and do
