This home was perfect for me. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities like washer and dryer, stove, cookware, etc. Nathan was quick to respond with all communication.

Comfy & Quiet
This was our 2nd time staying here. We were (back) in town for another family funeral. So clean, so comfortable, so relaxing... We will stay here anytime we come to town. Everything you need is available. The bed is SO very comfy! We enjoyed our stay once again!!

Clean and cozy!
Stay one night so we could fish Mayo Lake. This place was very clean and nice. I wish there was a TV in there.

MINI HOME
The home is clean and neat. The owner took the liberty of building a fence during my stay that only took 1 day so that future renters would have some backyard space. The rules stand for the entire property so be sure to follow them. Smoke in the street and not in your car on the driveway. The neighbors are loud so love the sound of children, basketball and rap music. Quiet at night and no TV. This home is perfect for a travel worker or an out of town guest.

Overnight Stay
Very clean and neat. Nice closet space with washer and dryer. Bed soft and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Cozy and comfortable
My husband and were glad to find such a nice alternative to the hotels in the area. Great value! We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood with a comfy bed, living room, kitchen and laundry room. When we drove up and saw the small building, we weren't sure what to expect, but inside was attractive and comfortable - just what we needed.
