We got placed in our room and used the toilet ( only #1 lol) and it wouldn’t flush- it was broken so I called the desk and he ask if I wanted him to bring ME a plunger to fix it- I said no it’s not clogged, it’s broken…can you send a maintenance guy? He said they don’t have one on sight and he’d just put us in another room. That was fine except having to repack everything all up again - but in the end it was fine. The furniture in the suite we stayed in was stained and needed some steam cleaning- I didn’t even sit on it.

Accidentally selected the wrong date, refused to change the date, refused to refund it, I had to get a room for that night and just have a room for the next night even though I wouldn’t be there. Was told by multiple employees that management told them not to give there number, email or transfer people to them about an issue like I was having!!! Total bs! It was an honest mistake and something that should have been simple to fix! We made the reservation about an hour before we got there so there was no reason to act the way they did about it! ******* is to blame as well as they refuse to help either!!!
