奧斯汀北萬豪飯店(Austin Marriott North)

Given the rate being charged ＞$350/night, you have to share elevators with maintenance staff and housekeeping. While the staff were pleasant and attempted to be helpful, they couldn’t seem to get anything right. The facility is aged and probably hasn’t seen any upgrades in many years. I’ve had significantly better experiences at other Marriot locations.

Check in was easy and quick. Unfortunately our TV had some issues and did not work. Once the issues were resolved, the remote had some buttons that did not work. This was a bit frustrating. The restaurant service was great. The staff was attentive, polite, yet unobtrusive. Very refreshing.

Have been to this hotel a few times because my husband likes this hotel when we visit family in Roundrock. Unfortunately, this time i had a terrible experience with the manager and that was so discouraging. I had booked a king bed for my husband and I to stay in. on the morning of our reservation I called the front desk and spoke with a gazie, macie, some odd name so i cannot recall the name , but i informed her that we would need a 2 bed ground floor ( as we were informed by family last minute that a disabled family member was traveling with us and needed to stay with us). The front desk lady on the phone was super helpful and told us that yes 2 queen room on the first floor was available and we would be switched over immediately to that accommodation. Great. We jumped in the car from Houston and headed that way. We arrived at 3:30 to a horribly unwelcome manager guy, who quickly informed me that i’m a liar and he does not employ anyone by that name and he has no 2queen bed accommodations on the first floor and not the 2nd. The family member cannot be on anything but the first floor due to health conditions. We had to spends hundreds of dollars at another hotel to accommodate this disabled family member. The older hotel manager guy with the bald head, and glasses is completely unprofessional calling me a liar and I don’t appreciate it. I will take by business elsewhere.

Not my favorite property. You have to pay for WiFi and the “internet tv” has limited streaming service options and a really weak signal. The room was clean but not the most comfortable. But, it’s close to the freeway while still feeling safe & convenient.

Cleanliness and smell of hotel was great. The lounge/ bar area is perfect to sit and relax or watch a football game and have food and drinks. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Greeted by friendly staff, check in was super easy, beautiful hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast no complaints at all!

We stayed for one night while I worked and the kiddos loved the entire experience. Pool is awesome. Very clean. Open lobby is great.

Nice little stay. Staff was very friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were very quiet despite the amount of guests staying there. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel, good price. Breakfast was also good. It could be better. Maybe more options. I asked for an omelette and it was really good.
