we had issues with termites in our room that were on the bed, walls and curtains. they were able to move us another room, but the new room also had insect issues. i tried to connect with the mgr, and recieved an email stating my concern was addressed, and no refund was offerred the inconvenience. we booked 3 rooms to attend a graduation and a one night credit would have been acceptable , but we were issued a standard corporate letter for our stay, which was disappointing. great location to the outlet mall and IKEA, and great dinning options. the staff was great and friendly. but bugs on the bed can kill a weekend.

Very bad beds The beds were so uncomfortable. My kids who can sleep anywhere, even on the floor complained. All of us woke up with sore backs and necks and very little sleep. The service was good and hotel seemed safe and clean. The befs were just AWFUL
