酒店的自助早餐中規中矩，入住2天沒有任何變化！我在酒店續訂了一晚，但是晚上回到酒店房間，發現行李不見了，以為入室盜竊了，嚇了一跳！後來前台工作人員幫我找回了行李，給我的解釋是：前台和後台的客房部，沒有及時溝通好，以為我入住一晚，服務員把我行李收拾了！感覺很無語，就算以為我退房，看到客户的行李在房間，也應該郵件或電話確認一下！以後，不會再入住希爾頓酒店，管理不到位！！！

我丈夫和我最近騎自行車去荷蘭,在鹿特丹的萬豪酒店住了一晚。我們只希望旅途中的每個酒店都像這樣好。前台工作人員非常友好和樂於助人他們有一個特別的地方來鎖我們的自行車,幫助我們做到這一點,花時間和我們一起審查城市的地圖,決定該做什麼和去哪裏,並給我們發送了更多的信息。酒店位於一個很棒的中心位置,對面是火車站,步行即可到達許多景點。房間大小適中,完全現代(浴室很棒),非常安靜,涼爽(很暖和,我們需要空調),互聯網運行得很好。早餐在一個漂亮的房間裏供應,可以看到車站/城市的美景;友好的工作人員,熱的食物是煮的,自助餐充滿了你可能想要的任何物品。我們很抱歉,我們只住了一晚。

Das Hotel a&o liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit der Straßenbahn 125 kommt man direkt an den Central Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer und das Hotel war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurden die Zimmer gereinigt.

Hotel is nice in the City center about five minutes walk from the busy streets and 10 minutes from the train station. Room was pretty outdated, it was clean but could do with a modern upgrade. Only one wall outlet in the room. Bathroom was clean but when you showered there is water everywhere. Also the rooms were very noisy, you could hear other guests and as we were in the weekend these guest were very loud throughout part of the night. Also the noise from outside was quite loud although we were put on a high floor you could hear traffic. Breakfast was good, enough choice and you could get a fresh made scrambled or fried egg. Coffee was good too (very important in the morning). I found the staff very friendly and helpfull. Parking right below the hotel is great.

A very pleasant airport hotel, very simple rooms and service. Late check ins available and good quality breakfast, which was served in their sister hotel across the street. My only criticism is the beds are very soft and the mattresses move around as you sleep, I almost fell out of bed as the mattress was overhanging the base!

Zeer mooi hotel en enorm goed gelegen, enkel jammer dat we een kamer op de t****e verdieping hadden zonder uitzicht op het vliegveld... buiten dat enorm goed hotel!

Hotel con una ottima posizione vicino molte attrazioni di interesse turistiche; il porto e i suoi locali sono raggiungibili a piedi. Insonorizzazione perfetta : durante il mio soggiorno l'albergo era circondato da grandi lavori di ristrutturazione per la strada con l'utilizzo di grandi mezzi ma all'interno della stanza non si sentiva nulla. Da notare però che le stanze da noi occupate erano piccole con poco spazio a disposizione (dalla fine del letto al muro la distanza era veramente poca) ed erano equipaggiate con l'essenziale.

I stayed in this hotel a few weeks for a conference a few weeks ago. I had no problem with the room. I stayed in a double room which was very comfortable to sleep in. The shower was also excellent. So far so good. I only had breakfast at the hotel which was fine. It had a nice selection of local produce between hot foods, cold meats, cheeses and pastries. The customer service was fine and I had no problems though other colleagues had problems. I don't understand how there are so few staff for breakfast but there is a lot of staff for evening service. Just an observation. The main problem I had with this hotel is that it is in the middle of nowhere. Apart from the zoo, there is nothing around apart from an industrial area across the road. I went for a walk and it is 20-25 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant. Seriously! My advise is unless you are willing to spend the whole day in the nearby zoo or have a conference there stay somewhere else!

The hotel seems like an annex to Hotel Emma in Rotterdam (2 min walking from Umplugged). Room is super cute decorated and clean, and the mattress is amazingly comfortable. Location is also really convenient, close to metro station and 10 min walk from Rotterdam Central Station. There is also a street close by with bars and nice brunch places. We book the hotel with my boyfriend for only one night after a concert in the Rotterdam Ahoy, but it was actually a really good place to stay longer! :)
