房間很大，床很舒適，公共空間可以租乒乓球或是撞球，蠻便宜的，接待人員很友善，價格合理。旁邊就是Skyline很方便。

房間還行的

我和我的家人住在 214 號房間，發現床很硬而且很不舒服。我丈夫整夜大部分時間都在椅子上睡覺。我還問了接待處的一位工作人員，健身房和游泳池在哪裡，我被告知沒有，我解釋了一下，在網路上說他似乎很困惑。我認為它需要在線更改，這也是我在這裡預訂的原因之一。除了這些問題之外，飯店乾淨整潔，工作人員也很友善。

The room was nice and clean. It was facing to the skyline, but very quiet even its next to the road.

Great location for activities

Very disappointed with this property for a newer Hotel. On arrival found the small table in the room was dirty, no face clothes and no spoons to make a hot drink. It got worse when we went to the toilet and found there was no toilet paper at all! Wife went to the front counter and was given 4 used part rolls and the duty manager said “ this is more hygienic “. What really topped it off was when the wife was waiting for the used toilet rolls a walk in customer came in and got the exact same room as ours $40 cheaper even though we had booked in advance through *******. Over all, facilities are new but just so many things wrong for what you pay. The beds are also like lying on the floor they are that hard. Look around people

A/C was not working - master control for multiple rooms is in one of the guest rooms, so if that guest turns it off or cranks it up, the other rooms have no control - not a very smart design Housekeeping did not change linens Breakfast was horrendous - dont waste your money on it - limited options, no coffee, stale store-bought cheap muffins

The room was simple & clean but the hair dryer couldnt plug into any of the sockets. Also one of the cups had a crack in it & only enough milk for one decent cup of coffee When we checked in we were asked to pay a small bond but we did not see this in the online form we filled in. Then at check out there was no documentation about the bond so it took a lil time for the receptionist to release our bond. asked to pay a cash bond but this waznt mentioned in the agreement. There was no uniqueness,we had 2adults and 4kids in our room- there was only 1 little chair,small fridge for 6,no toilet paper..otherwise thank you to the maori girl at the desk.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was quite pleasant stay. Good clean spacious rooms with good lounge area which has activity for kids. We enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend to all.

Excellent place. Closed to Skyline with walking distance. Great facilities by providing massage chair on arrival and kids enjoy their break with the game machines on site.

Everything good . One of the best hotel to stay in Rotorua . Very clean and tidy. Parking was full and used the off street parking

A nice clean and tidy place and room, real value for money. The staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly and engaging. We would stay here again.
