羅託魯瓦3D Trick Art Gallery附近住宿

Our stay was fabulous. We had a spa room which was also fantastic even though it was chilly outside. It was well worth it. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable and it had everything we needed. My husband's only complaint was there were no sky channels available and we needed our own netflix etc. accounts. We did have to fight for parking even though there was parking straight outside the rooms and some people coming with more than one vehicle per room. (Hubby has lung issues so needed close parking), otherwise we thoroughly loved it - thank you.

離湖邊不遠，訂的是湖景房，但到了房間發現實際景觀不太好。 浴室尤其是浴簾，有點奇怪，老是貼在身上，而且我們房間的浴簾還破了一個洞，感覺臟兮兮的。 早餐比較簡單，沒特別的感覺。

Clean modern spacious good people friendly and helpful staff Kitchens are a great size lots of room to move around this establishment is spread over multiple buildings each with there own facilities. ie tv rooms kitchen many activities to do in each has a laundry. Lounge rooms are incredibly comfortable with bean bags sofas and large chairs. The hostel is located 3 minutes walk from CBD so is very close to all activities There are multiple supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. The hostel is located directly opposite kuirau park worth a walk thru. Cannot say enough about the value of this hostel. Has various room sizes and bed choices really reccomend a stay p

家庭旅行，酒店沒有喝的迎賓水，需要自己去一樓大堂打水，不是很方便。還有就是需要熱牛奶時候，第一天要了近半個小時，最後換了服務生，我才給我的父母要到了熱牛奶。

I'll start with the things I liked. The breakfast buffet. It was nice to have a quick way to get a good breakfast at the hotel. The decorating in the lobby was very nice. Now the not to nice parts: The room was cramped with 2 queen-sized beds. (Though it did have a refrigerator and kettle.) I opened the curtains to be surprised by shredded sheers. The wi-fi was very poor. The access is not handicap accessible. The front steps did not have a railing. The ramp was great for luggage, but would not have accommodated a wheelchair. (I have bad knees and use a cane.) They seems understaffed. A common problem throughout our trip. But the staff was helpful. They acknowledged the torn sheers and have plans to replace them all.

這是一家非常優秀的酒店。房間非常寬敞乾淨。牀很舒服。我們沒有使用溫泉或游泳池,但下次我們會來做更多的準備。工作人員超級樂於助人,早餐很棒。感謝服務。

I stayed here for two nights in May 2023. The hotel is located on the main street in Rotorua, about a 10-minute walk from the main shopping centre. Just up the road, about a 5-minute walk away, there are a couple of supermarkets. The airport is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel has plenty of parking. The room was very big with a small kitchenette, large bathroom, table and chairs etc. However, the room was showing its age and could do with an upgrade. Unfortunately the room was cold. I had the heating on but, given the size of the room, it took a long time to heat up. It was uncomfortable. There was no extra blanket for the bed. The wifi worked well. The service at the front desk was good. For what I paid, this hotel was good value. However, for my next trip to Rotorua, I would be prepared to pay a bit more for something warmer and more up to date.

We enjoyed our stay at Rydges Rotorua. The buffet dinner was excellent. We had a few issues with our original room. After explaining our valid issues with the front desk staff, we were given the option to move to another room, which we did. The location is excellent, it is close to many tourist attractions.
