Neighbors were extremely loud til about 1:00 AM. No one at the front desk for checkout, so I did not get a receipt

Nice clean room. Comfortable beds with great pillows. Very large bath towels. Everything was very nice. Only negative is that the walls are paper thin and you could not only hear the tv next door, you could hear entire conversations.

Super comfy beds, thick towels, really nice staff, yummy drinks and apps in the bar, shuttle driver was an excellent driversnd super funny! Ill be back!

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and comfortable bed!

Front desk staff very rude and tried to skip serving us in line. Even the manager on duty was of no help. She had no control over her staff, according to her. The front desk person was rude, snappy, and clearly would rather be helping anyone else. My daughter had a separate room and they were being helped by someone else, who was very friendly and courteous as you would expect. Since there was a large wedding there, we were told if it got too noisy, we could go somewhere else. It was clear she would have rather been helping the person behind us in line. We are Caucasian while the person behind us was darker complected as was our helper Selma. Definitely would not recommend this hotel, nor will we be returning here. Much better hotels are available in the Twin Cities area.

The staff greeted us with a smile and warm cookies! There was a wedding going on and we thought maybe it would be noisy in our rooms, but we were not bothered by any noise. It was a lovely stay.

We had to let them know if we wanted the rooms cleaned. We shouldn't have to ask for that service that should be done. That should be done everyday somebody stays in a room.

Good location, friendly staff, had a shuttle to our event location.
