薩佩拉菲塔飯店

Teníamos una reserva de noche de hotel, desayuno + cata de vinos. Nos pusimos en contacto con el hotel a través de la reserva por correo electrónico y recibimos respuesta automática que estaban de vacaciones con los días incluidos q teníamos reservado. Contactamos con ellos por teléfono y el buzón estaba lleno, contactamos por whats y no recibimos respuesta. Nos hemos tenido que desplazar 2h hasta el hotel con esta incertidumbre. Finalmente nos reciben, la habitación estaba sucia y la chica que recibe la queja prácticamente no nos da respuesta. Calidad precio, es caro. El lugar es precioso pero lo tienen todo desordenado y sucio. Lo único positivo de la experiencia, David, el chico que nos ha hecho la visita y la cata. Aunque no nos han cambiado las copas ni nos han ofrecido nada tipo palets de pan, queso…¡tienen mucho que mejorar!!

Après un soucis d'annulation pour cause d'hospitalisation,l'établissement à fait la sourde oreille pour me restituer mon acompte! 492,64 euros d'encaisser sans le moindre remboursement mais en plus une remise en location aux mêmes dates! Une honte et j'espère que la répression des fraudes leur tombera dessus!

Week-end en amoureux absolument magique Le lieu, l accueil, les services, le restaurant, tout était absolument parfait Le menu découverte proposé au restaurant est un sans faute du début jusqu’à à la fin Saveurs, présentation sont au rendez-vous Chaque met est accompagné d un verre de dégustation A faire et refaire…….

Estuvimos.pasando.un fin de semana.y solo puedo decir que la experiencia fue increíble. El sitio es muy acogedor ,tranquilo,romantico... Yo lo aconsejariá a todo el mundo que quiera aprovechar para visitar Cadaqués y Cap de Creus ya que esta muy cerca y permite descansar despues de realizar las actividades que teniamos previstas. En todo momento hemos recibido un trato muy cordial y todo estava muy limpio y correcto

We were invited to stay overnight at this hotel by a friend from Cadaques. We had a most enjoyable stay, especially interesting because it coincided with the vendimia (grape harvesting), so breakfast outside was accompanied by a totally new experience for us, watching the grapes being bought in for pressing, etc. The hosts, especially Carme, Rafael and David were charming and very attentive. The room was rural in decor, with a very good bathroom and spotlessly clean, eqipped with a fridge and a safe, bathrobes, toiletries, etc. The breakfast is great - a jug of freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, bread with tomato and a generous plate of cold cuts and cheese, plus yogourts, fruit and as much coffee as you wanted. The post-breakfast wine tour and tasting, with the very knowledgeable English-speaking David, was fascinating and included a tasting of 5 wines, naturally, we bought a few bottles to take home with us! The location is superb, too. However, this is a rural hotel and run as such, so not staffed between 5.00 and 7.00 p.m. so ideally it's best not to arrive then, although we did and found a note telling us what to do, so it wasn't a problem. There is no restaurant, but the terrace bar opens at 7.00 p.m and served wine, drinks, cold cuts, cheese, etc., which was definitely enough for us and a friend. (Or you can buy your own snacks and have the use of the dining room.) All very informal, relaxed and "special", we really enjoyed it and definitely intend to return. Gracias Carme and Rafa!
