It is a spacious unit (approx. 75 m² of living space) with a living–dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub (also usable as a shower) and a separate guest WC. A private garage is included for this apartment, as well as fibre Wi-Fi, German satellite TV and a smart TV with internet connection. In addition to the terrace, guests have an outdoor area with a barbecue and a dining space. The Mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine.
