Property looks like a dump. Trash all over the place. Building needs to be painted. Walls in room very dirty. Roaches crawling around. Flies in room. Deadbolt on door broken No phone in room.

There was holes in the wall. Walls were dirty. Latch lock was broken. Roaches crawling around. Flies in room. No phone. Whole property was nasty.

It was ok for a budget hotel. No big issues. Little noisy at night but overall pretty nice and quiet.

Everyone on the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me. I’m disabled and they were able to give me a first floor room with two beds to make sure I had a room that I could access easily. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were in good working order. This seems to be a place with lots of long-term patrons staying there and that actually made me feel safe as a visitor in their community. This is certainly not the fanciest motel in the area and I really just needed somewhere to rest on my way home and the OYO Rosenberg was a very good solution..

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated at this property. I arrived at 1:00am on Saturday 3/15/35 (my reservation was 3/14-3/16), with my 4 children only to be turned away by a very rude guy at the desk who looked at me and said “I don’t have any rooms, I don’t know what to tell you, figure it out.” When I asked how do you not have a room if I have a reservation he just shrugged his shoulder and showed me a computer saying they no availability , but never even looked up my name at all. Even when my husband called, he was rude and couldn’t provide any information. I was still charged for the room and they put “NO SHOW” as the reason for the charge, I still haven’t even got my refund resolved and had to find a room in the middle of the night with an infant and 3 other children that cost me double because of the whole situation. Mi have NEVER been so disappointed in all my years of using *******.

Disgusting It was horrible!. Roaches EVERYWHERE an holes all over the doors inside an the main door didn’t even shut all the way it was damaged on the bottom.
