La Quinta by Wyndham Chicago O'Hare Airport

Very poor service for the price. Had to wait hour and 30 minutes for shuttle from O’Hare. I tried calling but no one answered the phone for about 15 minutes.

A convenient place for people who need to connect a bus/flight next day.

Room and hallways and service were very good, very clean, very comfortable. The people were kind and offered to do whatever was needed. The breakfast had a good variety but the hot food was not very hot when I got to it (a little after 7am). The shuttle driver from airport was kind but the shuttle itself is not coming around every 30 min, more like every 50+ minutes or more.

The hotel is fine-no frills but that’s fine with us. However people should know that the hotel shares the airport shuttle with another hotel and that hotel receives priority. We had reserved a spot on the shuttle but it was filled with guests from the other hotel so we had to call an Uber.

I booked this hotel for an event at the Allstate Arena about a ~3 min walk to the Allstate Arena. Very clean, spacious rooms and parking is easy in and easy out. We stayed for a 2 night event at the Allstate and walked to the Allstate beats the traffic when leaving! Would definitely recommend staying!!

This is a very nice hotel. It seems rather new. Very clean. Good breakfast, nice variety of offerings. The woman who is in charge of the breakfast is just lovely, friendly and helpful. Evening check in staff was absent when we arrived so we waited until he appeared. He did not welcome us or ask to help us just very curtly asked for our ID. He did get us checked in quickly. The fitness room is also very nice. Very close proximity to Allstate Arena if you are going there for an event. We used the shuttle to go to the airport. We waited for it in the lobby which was where we were told by the front desk to wait. About 8 minutes past our scheduled time the shuttle drove up to the front, the driver rushed in and told us we weren’t where we were supposed to be and he was about to leave us. I’m still not sure where we were supposed to be but other than that the shuttle service was good.
