I drive a truck, so once a week I have to take 36 hrs off. I booked a 1 room suite,for 2 days. it has a king bed and a queen bed and is roomy. When I got here at 10 30, there was no reservation. Don't know if thats *******s fault ot this place. The front desk lady, VERY NICE AND SMART, fiqured it out for ******* and got me a room, However the room I reserved wasn't available. SO I took another room, It;s 1130 now. THis morning I booked the same large room as I had to continue my 36 hrs. I was told they would call me when it was ready. I called at 1045 and askee about the room. He put me on hold and talked to the house keeper. Told me to come down with my stuff and he would change the rooms and it was on the 1st floor. The one I ordered is on the 3rd floor. So I went with out all my stuff to view the room. I eas told iit was larger than the one I am in. Well it wasnt, not even close. So I told him about the reservation and he said I couldn't have reserved that room as it was already reserved. *******, Holdiday Inn at fault who knows. I asked before I made the reservation about parking and hot tub. I was told the hot tub was working. THere is no hot tub.. I wanted to wash a weeks worth of clothes but my room key won't work on the pool or the laundry. I have to get the front desk guy EACH time I need to enter the laundry or the pool so he can open it up. I blocked the door on the laundry but can't on the pool. Won't stay here again, Not a Holiday Inn, my opinion.

Other than the breakfast the place was very nice. CLEAN! Breakfast was a disappointment. The person in charge said the truck didn't come in. Well, if you don't have eggs because of the truck, take some petty cash and go buy eggs at a grocery store to cook up. Breakfast area wasn't well stocked with all items except pork products.

I loved the size of room and bathroom, but unfortunately we found blood on the sheet and towel (maybe someone cut their finger before/during the cleaning of the room) and bathroom needed to be more thoroughtly looked at because we found multiple hairs embedded in our towels and shower area. The front desk night service was fantastic, she was running around opening all the custmers rooms because the card system was down. Great breakfast options.

The overall conditions of the outside grounds were absolutely awful. Hall conditions were poor, the elevator was dirty, and the bathtub had a stain so it could not be used as a soaking bath. Molding in the room at the base was peeling off and paint repairs were needed. I will write appropriate letters to the manager and regional manager. This was not indicative of Holiday Inns I have previously frequented.

We were pre checked in... Checkin was fast/prompt We were in our room right away!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel stay. Room was not well cleaned - dirty stains on desk chair, burn hole in the armchair, stained shower, Never enough towels - we had to search for clean towels each day. Waited at the front desk tor at least 10 minutes on a Saturday night to try to get clean towels and no one was at the desk. We finally gave up. Woke up to the people in the room we were connected to (who we didn’t know) having a fight, cursing and yelling. Finally had to pound on their door and they threatened us. If things had escalated, guaranteed there would have been no one to help as there was no security and often no one at the front desk. Rates were inflated because of college move in dates. $458 a night to stay in that room was disgraceful. I never write reviews but want to warn everyone. Awful

The hot tub was under construction so not working and the stopper in the bathtub didn't work so we couldn't even take a bath. The mattress out of the couch and we were told the only extra "bed" ..Which we needed...was broken. They brought in a cot but the couch was unusable for sitting on. I waited for five long minutes at the front desk to get keys which quit working because staff was outside smoking.

Very dusty. Was suppose to have joining rooms did not. Gave excuse of a wheel chair person came so had to give to them. Also pool water was to cold could not swim in it. Breakfast was very good.

My room was not even cleaned before they let us in. Found the shower dirty and other people's shampoo and conditioner from before. Also the a/c unit worked terrible. Maintenance man needs to get busy and fix some things or I would find a new one. No hot tub working.
