羅斯科夫雷吉納飯店(Hotel Regina Roscoff)

L'hôtel est situé à 2 pas du centre ville dans un endroit calme près de l’ancienne gare sncf. Le parking à coté de l’hôtel est gratuit. Le style de l’établissement nous indique que celui-ci n’est pas tout jeune mais l’ensemble est bien entretenu. Nous avons été reçu par le gardien qui au premier abord semble un peu froid mais après quelques minutes on découvre une personne charmante. Notre chambre située au deuxième étage est simple et l’ensemble y compris la SDB mériterait un coup de jeune. Celle-ci est propre et la literie d’excellente qualité. Le Wifi gratuit fonctionne parfaitement. Le petit déjeuné est à 8€, nous avons préféré le prendre en ville face à la mer. Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous sommes très content de notre choix. Il faut quitter la chambre à 11H30 ce qui laisse le temps le matin. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

We chose this hotel as a quick stop over after getting off the ferry before heading to Paris. I had emailed a number of occasions asking for early check in. When we arrived we were met by this old gruff man who in no uncertain terms told us check in was 2pm. He told me we could put our suitcases in the cupboard. I had no idea what door he meant and when I pointed to the wrong one he yelled at me. We left to explore Roscoff and came back around 1:15-1:30 hoping our room would be ready. The place was locked. I buzzed several times and no answer. At exactly 2:00pm the door opened and we were checked in by the same horrible man. I forgot what room he told me and when I asked him he yelled again to look at the key. My son and I were too scared to go downstairs so stayed in our room most of the rest of our stay. I’d booked the room with breakfast so popped down the next morning for him to tell us no breakfast. I found my booking and he refused to look at it telling us again no breakfast. My son ( who is normally shy and reserved) showed him our booking which clearly stated breakfast to which the man grabbed a wad of money from his pocket and threw €20 at me. There is nothing I would say to recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Nice welcome from the man on reception. Room was typically basic and a tad run down but was clean as were the bedding and towels. Very comfortable beds. Exactly what we expected for the price. I disagree with the last 3 comments who only rated the hotel with 1 stars, not sure what they expected for the price and location.

I booked this hotel as it is close to the ferry port and, allegedly, has a 2 star rating. How it passes health and safety laws I do not know. We arrived around 17.00 and no one was in reception. Looking for staff, I ventured into the restaurant and found that it hadn't been cleared up since breakfast. No staff to be seen so I went into the kitchen and dirty crockery was piled high. I then went up to the first floor to look for someone and dirty bed linen had just been left on the floor in the corridor. After 15 minutes a man appeared responding to a fellow guest who had telephoned the hotel just to get some action. The reception desk was strewn with keys and bits of paper- a right mess. We decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay and cancelled or booking

Un hotel che ha tutto per tornare a essere il hotel più importante della città. Stanze luminose e con viste al mare , pulite , colazione a pagamento, vicino al mare e al centro .. Personale gentile e disponibile .
