Der Service war sehr gut. Wöchentlich Bettwäsche und Handtuch tausch. Hausmeister und Rezeption Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Anlage, mit innen liegendem Parkplatz. Raum abgeschlossen, für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung hat das nötigste. Möblierung einfach und unbequem. Das Bett nur ca. 1.40 m breit, zu schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Heizkörper nur im Wohnraum u. Schlafzimmer, keiner im Bad. Heizung kann nicht selbst gesteuert werden, kühlt schnell aus in der kalten Jahreszeit, liegt wohl an der schlechten Isolierung. WLan sehr schlecht, ist nicht im Preiß inbegriffen. 13 Tage Aufenthalt.

El apartamento de dos habitaciones es estupendo, amplio y cómodo. Un placer poder viajar con toda la familia incluida mi mascota. Apartamento en planta baja con acceso directo al jardín y la piscina. No sensación de aglomeración ,disponibilidad de hamacas sin problemas. Cerca de la playa y del paseo maritimo caminando ( 5'). Única pega : el bar de la piscina ... que después de la hora del desayuno no sirve comida alguna como tentempié o merienda.

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Pudimos llevar a nuestra mascota. La limpieza de las instalaciones así como el trato cercano del personal de recepción hacen la estancia mejor. Magnífica piscina familiar. Por último destacar el trato encantador de Javi, socorrista de las instalaciones.

We stayed at these apartments in August 2023 and had a really lovely time. The swimming pool and bar areas were a real highlight. The staff were lovely, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The only negative I would offer us that some of the apartments are a little dated but this was not a mojor problem for us or the other 3 families we were travelling with. Roquetas De Mar is a lovely area with miles and miles of pristine coastline and plenty of family activities which makes for a great holiday. The place was spotless all round. Our group were not flying out until late evening on our departure day and the staff allowed us to remain in our apartments until 7pm on that day at no extra cost. A lovely touch that was really appreciated by our group and gave us an extra day on holiday essentially. I would highly recommend Roquetas I general and these apartments in particular.
