「Hotel de alakart akşam yemeğinde klasik hamburger istedim. 45 dakika sonra gelen hamburger ekmeği buz gibiydi ve ıslaktı. Garson ile konuşarak böyle bir servis yapılmaması gerektiğini söyledim. Hotel in çözümü, oluşan hesaptan %10 indirim yapmak oldu. Bu kadar güzel bir yapıda bu kadar küçük düşünen yöneticiler olduğu için çok üzüldüm. Umarım kendilerini düzeltirler」

「This hotel has got a night club which will disturb your sleep every night with its thumping music. The property has got building work being done to it. Therefore once banging noise during the day is prevalent. The room doors are not sound proof. Therefore one can hear people when they are talking in the corridor. Roadworks outside the hotel. Therefore access is more difficult.」

「My stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly. A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience. That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience. While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.」
