To some degree, some things were falsely advertised. Firstly, we booked a superior room, which was evidently more priced than a normal standard room, and upon check-in, we were told that a superior room is also a standard room, just from the upgraded rooms. The pictures of the room we had booked (where there is evidently a king bed and a sofa bed) were just for show. Who leaves their house to share a double bed at a hotel? Additionally, on the room description, it stated that there are electric blankets in Winter, and guess what? No electric blanket in sight,I brought this up on their WhatsApp chat on the night of check-in, only for us to receive an extra blanket the following day. No apology, nothing. Moving on to the buffet, on one of the nights, they served Pap and no other alternative to Pap. Never mind that there is no room service, you literally have to walk in the cold to the restaurant, I do not leave my house to go and eat pap at a hotel, unless it is MY preference. The hotel has so much potential; however, it is currently being run to the ground, no wonder there are no more reviews of it on here. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement!
