首先我必須聲明這是一間經濟型客房，飯店基礎設施乾淨、溫暖。停車場很好，位置非常方便。 我的房間（7 號）很糟糕，你只能在屋頂拱門之間的 3 英尺內站立。床位於拱門下，沒有頭部空間。沒有合適的衣櫃 廣告上說是套房...但其實不是，隔壁有一個單獨的私人浴室。我多次用頭撞到低矮的天花板，房間的門只有鎖才能關閉。淋浴壞了。由於水槽擋住了淋浴門，所以無法完全打開。淋浴門與水槽之間的間隙小於 3 英尺。水槽裡沒有熱水。沒有水槽塞防護裝置。只有一條破舊的毛巾，上面寫著另一家旅館的名字。地板很髒，床上用品很舊，沒有氣味。底板有白色污漬。如上所述，該房間被錯誤出售且不適合用途，不應出租。

我剛剛注意到我的評論尚未上傳。 我對我的住宿沒有任何抱怨，我寫的每條評論總是有積極的方面......接受這一點。在發布負面帖子之前，我嘗試聯繫酒店，但沒有得到答复，我實際上正在向投訴團隊反映此事。他們沒有提供任何有用的聯絡信息，x2 電話號碼和電子郵件地址，全部不允許。由於他們關閉了緊急聯絡電話，我們無處可去。我們辦理了入住手續並繼續工作，返回後檢查發現，情況是我們經歷過的最糟糕的。幸運的是，訊息無法傳遞氣味！我們的標準非常低，但由於必須提供額外的細節來證明我們的關鍵員工身份，所以我們並不高興。真是太糟糕了，我都睡在車上了！冰箱後面有蟲子，雙人床上有頭髮......那張床沒有換過，電視上滿是灰塵（我把它從牆上拉出來，上面滿是灰塵），衣櫃裡有一袋垃圾，因為我去找吹風機，但我們剛到的時候就聞到了一股可怕的惡臭。經過我們第二次也是最後一次檢查，問題出在水壺上！去喝了一杯茶，水壺不燒開，於是檢查了一下，發現裡面有厚厚的綠色黴菌，而且散發出難聞的惡臭。看起來好像有人在裡面做過飯（幾週前）並且還沒有清理過。很抱歉，但我不會免費住在這樣的地方！非常沮喪，因為我們的『救命恩人』最終卻留在了我的車裡！這個地方既不防疫，也不安全！再說一次，我希望企業有機會自我救贖，並盡我所能地支持他們，但這太令人震驚了，尤其是在疫情期間。人們在房間裡吸煙，窗台上到處都是煙灰和煙蒂，我們入住時，一個人提到了煙味，那個人聳了聳肩，為之前的人吸煙而道歉。 我在 *********** 網站上的評論被多次駁回，給我的印像是他們挑選要上傳的評論。

Only stayed 1 night and booked just half an hour before arriving for a superb rate of approx £30pn. Location is close to Romford, on a bus route and right by the A12. The owner was friendly and accomdating. My room was spacious, with good storage facilities, tea/coffee and a comfortable bed. Ensuite was a bit small but fine for a night and the shower pressure was OK. For the price I paid I certainly can't grumble!

We came down from Oldham to see friends and later decided to visit Hornchurch Theatre. After the show, we found this hotel online and booked it over the phone. On arrival, the main door was locked. After ringing and knocking for more than 5-7 minutes, we called the number we had booked. A guy in a t-shirt opened the door; he looked stoned. The room cost us £79.00, but he would not take card payments, the card machine was not working. He could have informed me when we booked the room. We had to go out in the rain; drove around for ages to find an ATM to withdraw the cash. The room was dirty and smelly. It seemed as if the pillows and bed cover were not changed after the last guests left. I couldn’t sleep at all, and above all, I had to listen to my wife’s constant nagging the whole night. I called the hotel on the following day and requested a refund. Basically, I was told to get F——off!!
