羅馬第四區飯店

Las camas ok y la habitacion basica. El desayuno deja mucho que desear en cuanto a calidad, variedad y cantidades disponibles. El personal de pocas palabras y no muy amables. Queda poco conveniente en distancia respecto de la estcion de trenes y metro, solo con taxi o caminando unos 30 minutos. Cercano habia unos restaurants y cafeterias y un gran supermercado.

Honestly couldn't fault our stay here. From the friendly check in we received when we arrived to extra assistance we needed. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, we only had one issue with one of the early morning receptionist we weren't aware the gates were locked we had to ask twice to have the gate unlocked as we had a early morning excursion planned and needed to leave, the man on reception gave us a rather grumpy and short response when we asked to have the gates opened. But apart from that all the other staff went above and beyond for us. From getting us extra pillows on the first night even after the maid service left. On our last evening the receptionist called up our transfer company for us and confirmed our pick up time for us, as our phones wouldn't allow us to call international numbers. On the day we checked out, they even stored our luggage for us behind the front desk as we had a few hours to kill before we got picked up. When our transfer taxi didn't arrive, the receptionist on duty that day couldn't be more helpful,phoning the company for us to find out what the hold up was, even helping organise a different taxi for us to get us to the airport in time for our flights home. Rooms were airy and cleaned daily and in an excellent location for the local metro line. Perfect to use as a base to get away from the hustle bustle of the city centre. Perhaps a welcome guide in the room would be useful to let people know of the times when the gate is locked etc as we weren't aware of this. Overall enjoyed our stay here with the friendly staff and comfy rooms.

We checked in early at night and immediately noticed some dark stains on the bed sheet and pillow cover. I contacted the reception and the lady said there was nothing she could do as that was a housekeeping matter. Later on, I noticed many little insects (little red spider-like insects that according to the front desk, come through the windows, which were all closed all the time) clustered in the room wall close to the ceiling. I went down to the reception and again the lady said there was nothing she could do as that was a housekeeping issue and they were fully booked for the night. Around 11 pm the lady showed up with a colleague and they vacuum the insects from the wall and assured the next day the room would be inspected and cleaned. In the next morning, the front desk assured me they had requested housekeeping to deep clean the room and change the bedsheets. We arrived back at the hotel at night to find the room uncleaned and the same stained bedsheets. Again, I went to the reception, and the same lady from the previous day said there was nothing she could do but managed to find some spare sheets so I could change the stained ones. The next day, housekeeping changed the sheets, again with dark spots on them and more spiders appeared in the room and the bed. I accidentally smashed one and it left a trail of blood on the sheet. Felt management didn't take seriously the issue with the insects. The room is very noisy and the neighborhood is very dirty. Don't recommend it. Don't recommend it. The bad experience ruined by birthday trip.

Classico viaggio d'istruzione a Roma con 2 notti in questo hotel con colazione e cena compresa. Le foto pubblicate non sono reali, sono forse un ricordo di tempi che furono, oggi la struttura è malconcia, abbandonata nella manutenzione, nella pulizia e con arredamenti veramente datati. Non alzate le lenzuola per osservare i materassi, potreste pentirvene, non camminate sulla moquette dei corridoi lercia e macchiata, aspettatevi muffa negli angoli e umidità nei muri. Non parliamo della cena servita da camerieri improvvisati, dove sulla tavola mancava sempre qualcosa e che non hanno nessuna conoscenza di questo lavoro. Il cibo era improponibile, una volta bruciato, una volta finito, uns volta sppena scongelato. La colazione invece passabile con doce e salato, ma le bevande dalle macchinette acqua colorata. È giusto sottolineare che i frequentatori sono maestranze che lavorano e le stanze rumorose

酒店地理位置優越,我們想看到的一切都在步行距離之內。我們的房間很棒-我們整個時間都開着陽台門,因爲花園的景色令人難以置信(見圖)。房間也保持完美。前台的人很可愛,非常包容;斯蒂芬諾甚至花時間教我一些意大利語短語,因爲我非常缺乏!老實說,我不能責怪這家酒店;我和我的朋友度過了一段輝煌的時光,毫無疑問,如果我們回到羅馬,我們會再次入住這裏!

Do not book this hotel if you want a decent stay. The only good thing about the hotel are the staff. Very friendly. But the rooms are a bit run down. If you’re coming as a couple you’ll probably have to ask for extra towels and pillows. The beds are rock hard. The air con works but you wouldn’t know. Noise from other rooms can be bad too. The area is very run down. Nothing around apart from a few shops. Getting to the centre of rome isn’t great either. Taxi costs too much and waiting for a bus and using metro takes time. You’re better off paying the extra money for a better hotel.

Credo che chi lavora con impegno e attenzione vada evidenziato, ecco perché la mia recensione sull'OC Hotel non può essere altro che positiva. La struttura è davvero molto bella, semplice ma molto curata nei dettagli. Già appena si arriva l'ampio parcheggio mette a proprio agio. Lo staff alla reception cortese, tutta la hall brilla per la pulizia dei pavimenti e delle vetrate. La nostra camera matrimoniale, posta al primo piano, davvero ampia e comoda negli spazi, estremamente funzionale il mobilio, particolarmente gradita la presenza di doppi cuscini con grammature diverse. Il bagno ben organizzato. Davvero eccezionale la pulizia, brillava tutto ogni giorno, complimenti. Presente un ampio e attrezzato terrazzino che, visto il periodo invernale, non abbiamo sfruttato. Dovendo segnalare qualcosa, non come critica ma come consiglio, andrebbe sistemata la testata del letto, la parte il simil pelle è danneggiata in alcuni punti e intorno al piatto doccia inizia ad essere molto evidente l'accumulo di calcare. Questa struttura è un gioiellino in una zona non particolarmente ricca di servizi di accoglienza di qualità, credo sia il caso di mantenerla sempre al top. Secondo me andrebbe arricchito il buffet della colazione, magari con prodotti come torte, crostate o bomboloni. Staff di sala molto cortese e disponibile per le richieste di caffetteria espressa.
