加拉蒂亞精品飯店(Boutique Hotel Galatea)

First we got a room with a non-functioning aircond. Which they well knew because it was a fan in the room as well. It was a very warm day and the room was like a sauna. When I told the reception (which I should not have had to do) we got another room. That room was cool. But later when we went to bed we discovered that the AC worked very unevenly. It turned off and on all the time. During the night I woke up about 20 times to either take off the cover (cause it was too warm) or to put on the cover (cause it was rather cool). Exept from that - the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the receptionist nice and the breakfast good. But if you do not get a good sleep at a hotel - it is not good! Also - as a goldmember at ********** I should have gotten a bottle of sparkling wine - which I didnt. I didn´t say anything about it - because the thing about good service is that you should get things without having to ask for them. Like a room with functioning AC.

El hotel es un piso, literalmente, en un edificio viejo, los cuartos son pequeños, pero cómodos. Así que entrar y encontrar el hotel fue distinto, porque esperábamos ver un edificio y de hecho en el mismo edificio que antes eran departamentos o pisos, ahora hay tres pisos que son hoteles. Lo único desagradable y que vi en casi todos los hoteles europeos es que están los cepillos de los inodoros, y en este hotel estaba sucio y goteando en las tres noches en el hotel se notó que no hicieron la limpieza de esto.

Personale molto cordiale. Hotel pulito e in ottima posizione. Lo consiglierei per un weekend a Roma con la famiglia

Me gusto la atención del personal. No me gusto que después de las 11 no hay nadie que trabaje y si hay algún problema nadie te puede ayudar y no sirve el aire acondicionado terrible.

È la seconda volta che a Roma alloggiamo al Boutique Hotel Galatea ed è stata una conferma rispetto all'ottima impressione già avuta. Camera perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista, colazione ottima e posizione impagabile per muoversi a piedi e godere dell'a**osfera Romana. Gentilissimo e disponibile tutto il personale. Ancora grazie a tutti! Ci vediamo presto

Hieno hotelli aivan keskustassa, lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Lasten kanssa kävelimme kaikkialle. Ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa myös lähellä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja loistava aamiainen. Suihkusta ei tullut kunnolla vettä, mutta muuten huone oli tilava ja moderni.

Super sentralt og koselig hotell. Bra frokost og veldig bra service! Eneste negative var litt bråkete aircon og ganske lytt.

With countless other 'boutique' hotels around, avoid this ones. The place does not honor the ******* VIP perks... none, not even the easy ones. Aditionally, they list they offer free bottled water and that is not true either. The breakfast is not worth the 12E they charge some, so avoid it and eat around the block, plenty of other options. The room was clean and tidy, but it was not cleaned the day that I left the 'make up room' sign and had to get towels from the reception girl... that spoke no English, luckily we both speak Spanish. All in all, quite disappointing experience, from a hotel that clearly believes customers are a one-time visitor. I will certianly not return and will not recommend to others.

Location is close to the station. A few staircases are required to reach the hotel but it didn’t feel like a hotel. The room had a smell and looked dated. Lovely staff serving breakfast.
