雷斯登塞貝麗飯店(Residenza Belli Inn)

It’s fine, but is very overpriced for what you get. The place is cheaply done, leaky shower head/ stall, not very clean blankets, basically what you would expect for $30/ night rather than $150. We had a place booked for $50/ night and they cancelled last second on us, so we had to scramble to find something and this was all we could get. Maybe it’s cheaper farther in advance and then it would be ok. Also, when checking in the woman demanded 30 euros cash in tax even though the tax was paid already. I watched her put it in her own wallet.

Très déçus c 'est vraie que pour le prix ne ne m'attendais pas à quelque chose d'extraordinaire mais la .... je ne suis juste pas resté plus d'une heure j ai pris un autre hôtel plus cher mais mieux situé plus propre et moins pourri. comme beaucoup d'hôtels à Rome l 'hôtel a des chambres dans d 'autres bâtiments . celui la en fait à sa réception dans un appartement d 'un immeuble avec quelques chambres dans le même appartement la notre était dans un autre immeuble. Que dire de l 'état de l'immeuble juste Pourri horrible angoissant. la chambre était dans un un appartement partagé avec d autre personnes et la clefs de notre chambre était difficile a fermer. la salle de bain était quand m^me rénovée et propre mais la clim ne marchée pas très bien. la vue n 'en parlons pas hall de l immeuble pourri et sale.

La habitación nada tiene que ver con las fotos. Muy sucio la cama no te la hacen todos los días y en las cinco noches que pasamos allí ni una sola nos han cambiado las sábanas. El baño asqueroso. Para no volver. La ubicación maravillosa, eso sí.

This is not a hotel, B & B, or apartment but something in between. My family of 4 booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were hot when we arrived & 1 required AC repair to turn it on. After turning the AC on, both leaked & required bath towels to soak up the water. Even w/ the towels, the water ran across the room. They shut off the AC while we were out in 100 degree F. My daughters came back to broken tiles and pliers left on the floor. No amnesties. Rooms not as pictured. Very small. No where to put luggage. Small showers with no water pressure.

Property was in a convenient location. The rooms were very clean but REALLY small. Much smaller then they appear in the photos. Reception was open limited hours which made it inconvenient to check or to get any assistance regarding the area.

Operatrice telefonica molto gentile e disponibile, ci comunicano di aver cambiato la stanza all’ultimo a detta loro più confortevole della prima (figuriamoci che era). Stanza abbastanza sporca, peli sparsi un po’ ovunque e acqua fredda per lavarsi… una vera delusione

It was not a Hotel just rooms scattered throughout a huge apartment complex. Badly decorated. Furniture falling aprart. Bedding not great. There was a kitchen public space with a refridgerater that was all. No microwave. Barely silverware, dishes, glasses. There were dogs barking, and a crazy man yelling. Ashame for all who lived there. We could not wait to get out of that place.

Ho chiamato per riservare due notti a luglio, mi hanno detto che c’era disponibilità nelle date da me richieste,come ho detto di avere un cofanetto Wonderbox hanno iniziato a dire che dovevamo pagare una differenza di almeno 30 euro a notte, quindi 60 euro. In più, non erano incluse le due colazioni ma solamente due caffè. Il proprietario con tutte le scuse possibili mi invitava ad andare da un’altra parte!! Ma dico io: PERCHÈ CONTINUARE A STARE IN QUESTI COFANETTI SE POI NON LI VOLETE!!! DISONESTI!

Bad, bad, bad … not as pictured, not even at same address, unclean, no Wi-Fi, 8 keys & three doors a pain to navigate, never again.
