戈裡提旅館(Giolitti Guesthouse)

First of all, there is something I want to say. This hostel owner has two hostels. Since they did not have a place in one of them, they directed us to another hostel and demanded an extra fee. Worst hostel I've ever been to in my life. Their rooms are very dark, cold and damp. I passed everything, there is a lot of noise from the opposite rooms and they ask for additional fees for everything. I would like to point out that there is no breakfast. They put in a few biscuits, they only give them for a week. Everything is dirty, the spoons and forks are so dirty that we couldn't remove the dirt even by washing it. In short, it's enough to give you this many reasons not to go.

Arrivé là-bas après réservation, je remarque déjà que c'est un quartier très mal fréquenté et je me suis inquiété pour ma sécurité, mais ce n'était que pour une nuit donc je me suis dis Ok. Sauf que arrivé devant la porte déjà tout est fermé, il y a bien la plaque de l'hôtel mais ça ne répond pas, ni après les avoir appelé sur 3 numéros différents, ni par sms, ni par email, sur les lieux personne n'était la pour m'ouvrir. Je suis resté 2H devant les locaux a attendre, a appeler et a toquer, et personne m'ouvre!! J'ai fini par dormir dehors... à plus de 1000 km de chez moi. Le seul conseil que je puisse vous donner c'est de fuir IMMEDIATEMENT cet établissement sans vous retourner.

Nonostante le numerose recensioni negative ho deciso di soggiornare ugualmente in questa struttura e non mi sono trovata poi così male. Personale gentile, camera e bagno puliti,set di cortesia, phon, cassaforte, aria condizionata, TV e acqua calda. La posizione è ottima anche se la zona è tra le peggiori di Roma ma basta stare un po' attenti.

This place is a joke. Firstly I received a WhatsApp message on my private number which is a security breach, from the “owner” of the hotel saying that I need to go check in a different hotel where we end up staying because apparently the previous one had bugs and they’re trying to get rid of them at the time. The other “ hotel “ we went to was a disgusting . There was no reception or anything, the housekeeper checked us in, and made us pay the city tax in CASH which we were not happy about. She spoke like zero English and we struggled to communicate whatsoever. The shower head was broken, we had no hot water only warm one, air conditioning wasn’t working, the toilet seat was broken too. It’s just not worth even a penny

I have terrible experience with this so called “property”. This is in a very scary neighborhood. NEVER book this place. I booked this through Orbitz and I think I have been scammed. Never got a response from this facility and I was not given refund for the services not availed. I am quitting Orbitz for the way they handled my grievance.

Mycket serviceminded värdinna. Rent. Ingen frukost dock värd namnet men det kan man inte förvänta på ett litet guesthouss. Och som överallt i Rom dåligt tryck i vattenledningarna periodvis.
