Inferiore alle aspettative! Fabrizio il titolare del bb ci ha accolto con entusiasmo e sorrisi,la stanza era calda ed accogliente...ma le note dolenti si sono manifestate al proseguo del soggiorno. Colazione "all"italiana" che prevedeva caffè fatto da noi in una caffettiera sporca ed usata, biscotti e brioches confezionate,nessun burro o marmellata anche se ci davano la possibilità di tostare il pancarrè,ma non quella di poter farcirlo con qualche confettura o crema. Nella struttura erano presenti anche stranieri che magari sono abituati ad altre tipi di colazioni e nei servizi indicati c'era scritto colazione al italiana o continentale. Ci hanno assegnato una parte di frigorifero con una bottiglia di latte ,un po' di frutta ed una bottiglia di acqua ,mai ricaricato il giorno dopo. Ma non finisce qui! Fabrizio ci aveva detto che la donna delle pulizie ci avrebbe cambiato asciugamani e pulito camera ,cosa mai avvenuta. Costo esagerato per un servizio scadente

Without a doubt the worst property I have stayed at in Italy, and I have been to Italy 3 times and mostly stay in B&Bs. The primary reason for a 1-star rating is we discovered a large cockroach in our room the first night. On its own, that is already quite disgusting and indicative of the general state of uncleanliness in the property, but the host (Fabrizio’s) response was made it worse. We called him after we discovered the cockroach and instead of empathizing with his guests, he immediately said that all he would be able to do would be to neutralize the bug (implying he would not offer us a refund if we decided to switch to a hotel/another B&B). He came over and started to suggest that we made up the whole thing. After we pushed back, he rushed out and stated that he would not be able to provide us a refund for any of the nights as he has not received payment from ******* yet (this is categorically false as I contacted ******* the next day and learned that he lied and could issue a refund immediately). Additionally, he did not offer us any help with securing new accommodations (keep in mind, this was at 12:30 AM in Rome) and said we could do “whatever [we] please”. I tried contacting him the next day to confirm that we left during the first night due to the presence of a cockroach, but he ignored my messages and subsequent messages from *******. If you want to avoid a complete lack of professionalism and a dirty property, please book with another B&B/hotel.
