Lh皇家套房特勒斯旅館(Lh Royal Suites Terrace)

The hotel is in a very good location. It’s a very small hotel and the room is not very big either, but it’s comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom that is just off to the breakfast room and although we thought it could be noisy it was rather quiet. You have to pay extra for breakfast which we didn’t because there is a cafe just downstairs that offers more options and is less pricey. The place feels a bit like a b&b than a hotel, but staff is helpful and friendly. The lift is tiny and old but very charming, interesting experience. I would go back!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was located in a very good position (5min walk from piazza Navona, 15min walk from other important locations). Moreover the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator was a bit scary but that was not a problem.

Ir was centrally located to get to the main tourist sites. It was easy to walk to all areas. The check in was easy and they provided a map to all the attractions. The only thing negative about the stay was we thought breakfast was included, but it was not and we had to pay for it.

Had a fabulous stay at LH Royal Suites.We had the one bed apartment with the terrace. The location is superb and allowed us to walk everywhere. No need for taxis. Thanks Vincenzo.

Reservation faite via le site avant confinement Covid avec 232,50 € d’acompte (pour 3 nuits). Annulation du fait du confinement Covid et remboursement demandé (ou avoir). Cet établissement doit être très « radin » car aucune négociation possible. Inadmissible de la part d’un établissement de luxe (peut être des problèmes de trésorerie ?!). Nous n’envisagerons jamais d’y aller et jamais décidé d’écrire cet avis mais plus tard !!!

Die Realität entspricht nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Merkt man dies öffentlich an, wird man vom Betreiber mit zwielichtigen Praktiken unter Druck gesetzt - in meinem Fall wurde meine Kreditkarte widerrechtlich einen Monat nach Abreise mit dem bereits bezahlten Betrag belastet, woraus ein Rechtsstreit entbrannte. Hier ist größte Vorsicht geboten.

O quarto é confortável, café da manhã bom, localização muito boa perto da promenade. O único detalhe é que não tem estacionamento, o que em alta estação pode complicar.

Ottima struttura posta al secondo piano di un bellissimo stabile nel centro di Roma. Camere grandi dotate di tutti i confort, letto e cuscini molto comodi. Frigo bar con prezzi onestissimi, con vasta scelta. Terrazzo in Comune adibito anche ad area fumatori. Il proprietario Vincenzo, ci ha contattati prima dell'arrivo per spiegarci come accedere alla struttura autonomamente fornendoci i codici del citofono e della porta di ingresso della struttura, inoltre è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Prodotti di qualità per la colazione servita nella stanza "ovale" che si affaccia sulla Via Arenula. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Roma. Il bagno molto bello con Kit di cortesia presente. Sicuramente quando torneremo per "turismo" lo terremo in considerazione.
