59步特雷維飯店(59 Steps Trevi)

Hotel was just around corner from Trevi Fountain but no awning so look closely. Reception desk is not manned full time so get your questions asked when someone is there.

首先，這不是旅館，而是低檔旅館。在預訂之前，我問了一些關於住宿的具體問題，因為我是帶著我 6 個月大的嬰兒和妻子旅行的。到達旅館後，我意識到他們在撒謊，並要求退還我的錢，但他們回答說他們無法退還我的錢，唯一的選擇是和我的家人一起去另一家旅館，不退還任何款項。房間很髒，浴室和淋浴與床在同一個房間裡，這真的很不舒服。酒店在二樓（沒有電梯），樓梯很窄。一樓是一個走廊，盡頭有一扇門，裡面有垃圾，它被用作附近服務員的廁所（晚上在走廊裡看到服務員很常見）。晚上 9 點後沒有工作人員。在任何情況下我都會避開這家旅館，但與家人一起旅行時絕對不能。

Son unos sin vergüenzas. No recomiendo este alojamiento en absoluto. Lo reservé en enero de 2020.. para marzo de 2020. Os podréis imaginar que no pude viajar. Me dieron dos años para poder viajar.. entre medias he sido madre, ha cogido el Covid mi padre, mi madre.. ambos mayores.. con los cuales viajaba.. he querido reservar ahora para junio pagando más si era necesario.. por supuesto! Y no me han dejado.. insensibles totalmente. Poco empaticos y nula percepción de lo que se podía o no hacer viajando desde españa. Mis padres tenían miedo de ir en avión (lógico, normal, y respetable). Yo perderé los 1200€ del alojamiento.. pero vosotros perdéis un cliente.

I only have nice things to say about this place. The staff is very polite and friendly, the property is clear, it’s centric. PLUS, they own (or have) a Gelato place downstairs.

Really lovely room, they upgraded us upon arrival for free which was a lovely touch! Complimentary bottles of water. We could have had our room cleaned daily but didn't bother as we wasn't there long nough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was amazing as we could walk everywhere from here. Always felt safe, as it was only me and my 12 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend and if we come back to Rome we would definitely stay again! Thank you

Quite place in the evening, you can sleep very well Everything what you want see in Rome near be hotel. You don’t need taxi, you can walk to colosseum and waking distance to most attractions in Rome Safe place Highly recommend place to stay You will never regret

We loved the close proximity to restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. No elevator so took care of our luggage.

The room stunk like a sewer, the floors, walls and bathroom was visibly filthy. After host was notified by ******* of my complaints, host told me to take my bag and leave. It should be noted, neither ******* or the host provided a refund.
