We checked in on March 3 and were requested to pay for the whole stay upfront, which we did. Right after the check in we went for a walk and when we came back in the evening, no one was at the reception. We had a closer look at the room and identified that it was dirty: mattresses, bed cover ( which we were supposed to use as a blanket as well), walls in the room, dirty curtain with a hole, the walls in the bathroom and the shower. There was mold on the windows in the room. The shower door was displaced and the shower tube remained open during taking the shower, so it was cold to take a shower. Also, at night it was cold and noisy. In the morning we asked to have the money back for the rest of the nights and explained the reason. The receptionist said that the money could non be returned because the stay was paid in full already and the cancellation policy doesn’t allow to. So we asked to change mattresses and the bed cover. The bed cover was changed by another dirty one. And we were informed on the third day that there was only one available mattresses for a change. So we had to check out after 3 night and spend money on the remaining two nights in a clean place, because staying in the Hotel Boutique Nazionale was unpleasant and unhealthy
