拉蒂努姆飯店(Hotel Latinum)

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, davanti Porta Maggiore e dispone di una terrazza. Stazione treni vicina e c’è la possibilità di prendere il tram o il taxi in prossimità della struttura. Essendo Roma una grande e caotica città non bisogna stupirsi della sporcizia che si trova nelle zone limitrofe! Inoltre il personale è stato molto gentile e cortese e ci ha permesso tra l’altro di far rimanere i nostri bagagli all’interno della struttura anche dopo il check out, permettendoci di fare ulteriori giri in città prima della partenza senza che ci portassimo dietro il peso delle valigie! Per concludere, l’idea di dover prenotare la colazione non ci è dispiaciuto affatto, segno di organizzazione e di voler regalare ai clienti più comfort possibili!

Отвратительный отель. Грязный район возле вокзала, бездомные и вонь. Мы забронировали номер заранее для семьи, но когда зашли в номер, поняли, что остановиться в нем невозможно. очень мало места, ужасная детская кроватка, но самое главное-очень шумно от трамваев, никакой шумоизоляции. С чувством омерзения мы вышли из номера и сообщили сотрудникам на ресепшне, что мы отказываемся от этих ужасных условий. В ответ они начали требовать деньги за сутки проживания. Ни о каких 4 звездах речи быть не моожет. Это 1 звезда максимум Наш совет -не платите за отвратительный сервис и обходите стороной отель Латинум и район возле вокзала Термини.

Location a dir poco squallida. Situato nel bel mezzo di una piazza sporchissima . Si fa fatica a capire qual’e l’ingresso dell’hotel. Gli ambienti sono angusti tetri e bui così come gli arredamenti . Camere senza insonorizzazione che non permettono di riposare di notte a causa dei rumori del traffico dei treni e delle stanza adiacenti . Pulizia insufficiente . Saletta per le colazioni strettissima tant’è che bisogna prenotarsi dalla sera prima . Quattro stelle ?? Nemmeno con il binocolo . Forse due.. Vogliamo parlare dei prezzi ? Due notti in camera singola 450 Euro !!!!!!!!

Valoro con 2 estrellas por la atención de Marco, sin duda lo mejor de el hotel, un trabajador excepcional. La habitación pésima para un hotel de 4 estrellas. La cama, perdón, las camas (2) unidas por una sábana incomodisimas, la TV es tan pequeña que apenas se ve desde la cama pero como sólo se ven canales italianos ( no es smart-tv) no la poníamos. La ventana no la podíamos abrir por que las ramas de un árbol lo impedían. Y la ducha con un plástico. Hoy en día la separación de la ducha con el baño con un plástico..??? Horrible e incómoda. Añadir que el primer día nos regalaron una botella de champán a la llegada pero la sorpresa es que al minuto vino el recepcionista y nos la quitó porque al parecer se había equivocado. Fue una situación pésima. Por todo ésto me es imposible recomendar este hotel y por supuesto no volvería. Un saludo

The Hotel is centrally located and well connected to the central district, however the room conditions were very poor. The Air-conditioning was not working and there was no staff to attend. there is place for breakfast only for 10/12 people and the food spared is also very minimum. No hot coffee was available. only the day staff at the reception understood English all other staff did not speak or understand English. I would defiantly not recommend this of any traveler specially with family on a vacation.

This was a small, charming but modest hotel in the heart of Rome but what made it really special was its staff. They bent over backwards to help us in any way possible. Our airlines lost our luggage and Marco ( an incredible Latinum employee) called numerous times to try and get our luggage for us. He kept on it even after we left and were no longer his guests. He called us when we were in Florence to let us know he had finally located our luggage and directed it to our new hotel. I was really impressed with all his efforts even when we were no longer his responsibility. There was nothing in the world he wouldn’t do for us. Absolutely 5 Star service. Thank you, Marco, and Latinum hotel.

Hotel lovely only issue no milk for coffee in room. Marco on the desk, went above and beyond to assist 2 Scottish women with no Italian and many requests, he deserves employee of the month at the very least. All the other staff members were also friendly and helpful, all in all a good visit, thank you all.

The hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful - when we first arrived they provided us with a map of the area and let us know the nearby Metro stations which came in handy! Breakfast is a bit barebones with no hot food, but considering the low cost this was more than reasonable. The room was a reasonable size and we enjoyed sitting by the window which you could fully open. The only thing that lets it down somewhat is the area which is a bit rough.

Abbiamo prenotato con amici 4 camere triple, a fine settembre, per il weekend dal 30/10 al 01/11 abbiamo versato una caparra, per poi essere richiamati 4 giorni prima del nostro arrivo, dicendo che l'hotel era chiuso, perché chi lo gestisce, ha preso il covid. Abbiamo scoperto il giorno dopo, che era regolarmente aperto, e avevano rivenduto le nostre stesse stanze a prezzi maggiori. Inutile sottolineare, che il weekend è stato rovinato.
