夢想套房飯店(Suitedreams)

首先，在我到達之前，他們透過訊息與我進行了非常徹底的溝通。我們感到很安全，儘管我們告訴他們我們將在晚上 8 點之後到達，但他們仍在等我們，當我們感到疲倦時，接待處的女士會安慰我們。飯店有電梯很好！ ！這讓我感覺就像在羅馬一樣。房間乾淨到你在電梯裡無法想像的程度，並且有你需要的一切！這是一家我想再入住的飯店。 步行約10-15分鐘即可到達Termini車站。完全沒有問題，因為風景很好。地點便利，距離羅馬競技場和特萊維噴泉不到 20 分鐘路程。

We were shocked! The hotel property is rundown. When we checked in, the floors in our rooms were FILTHY! I cleaned the entire floor with the Clorox wipes I had packed. One of the bathroom showers didn't work - no hot water. SuiteDreams was NOT sweet dreams - it was a nightmare and completely OVERPRICED. Don't stay here, and if you do, no one should pay more than $100/night...we paid over $300. HORRIBLE!

Check in was vey easy and upon arrival staff was very helpful. Great walking distance to everything. Although, upon entering the room the walls were very scuffed with black marks. The bathroom also had a significant amount of mold and we woke up to a sore throat. We did mention it to the receptionist and NO remediation was made after letting them know.

In 3 days towels were not replaced, one window was missing a curtain, refrigerator was not working, shower sprayer was broken, shower drain was clogged, bathroom door would not move open or move closed and on our last day there, water was not flowing or should I say there was no water at all and to add misery the elevator stopped running so we had to drag our suitcases down the stairwell three floors with no help from management for any repairs. I forgot to mention hotel description states breakfast is available, well that’s a lie. Never again will we come back to this hotel

Fantastisk ophold og søde personale. Desværre var bruseren kalket til så meget at man ikke kunne tage en ordentlig bad . Det kan løses med at de afkalker en gang måneden. Alt andet var perfekt . 🌺

Pictures on site show modern facility. This hotel is anything but. Dated rooms, poor air conditioner, bathrooms with poor upkeep (shower head trickles water, stained toilets, broken bathroom counters). The staff gave all star service but this budget hotel was not worth it.

Apartamentos en una zona distinguida, cerca de estación de metro y con diferentes servicios al rededor. Habitación y baño bastante amplio, limpio y cómodo.

This property is poorly maintained. The air conditioner, plumbing and fixtures are old. The staff is amazing and they are so helpful. But if you are looking for a comfortable stay, this doesn’t fit the bill.

Building and entrance/common area is in need of significant repairs and painting. Rooms not as advertised and need significant updating especially bathrooms but was ok for 1 night. Would not stay longer!
