Superb location, great service and nice room. Would recommend!

最高のロケーションでした。トレビの泉やパルテノン神殿は近く、ガイドさんも最高立地ですねと驚いておりました。ショッピングするにも、レストランに行くにも困る事はありませんでした。さらに、朝食はルーフトップバーで頂くことができ、最高に美味しくいただきました。 また、ローマに滞在することが有りましたら、宿泊したいと思いました。

Hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar is quite lovely. It’s a good jumping off point to see multiple sites. The breakfast however was average at best and one elevator was taken out of service and limited to staff use only, which would make it more challenging for families with smaller children or elderly people to reach rooms on the top floor including breakfast.

good location! that’s it Good location.. central to the main attractions which you can walk to.. only one lift which is slow but didn’t effect my stay. upon entering the room you could smell the bathroom sewage smell. this continued throughout our 5 night stay even though room was cleaned everyday. bathroom shower is very small and water runs out of it onto the bathroom floor creating mess. also the sink leaked aswell running onto the bathroom floor. when we left we were asked how our stay was which we responded ‘it was ok’ hotel staff didn’t ask any more questions so no feedback was provided by myself as i felt they weren’t really that bothered. breakfast staff were very nice and welcoming. The lady who checked us into the hotel was very good and welcoming too.. sorry i cannot remember your name.. other staff were ok. when ordering taxis for a return to the airport we were advised a fee of 55 euros which was fine and this was advertised in the taxi aswell.. however when we arrived at the airport the driver said 75 euros and cash only!! we challenged him and then ended up paying 60euros. i understand this is not a hotel problem but please be advised this taxi was ordered by your hotel and you should be aware of this.. The same thing happened when we used a taxi for the vatican early in the morning where he tried to overcharge us.. i think we paid a lot of money for this hotel so look around before booking!

Mattress isn’t comfortable, can’t sleep on that hard mattress like a plywood. Bed makes so much noise even moving slight left to right. Room smells bad. Room isn’t soundproof. Bathroom shower has mold. Floors are like a maze, so confusing to reach to your room. After you reach to your floor by elevator then you have to climbed few more steps to reach to your room. Breakfast place isn’t big enough. I will not recommend to hotel to anyone. I wish I could get refund for this hotel.
