Servizio non all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Rietrati alle ore 1.30 am trovato camera non rassettata con biancheria bagno non cambiata e letto non rifatto!

Rude staff breakfast food didn’t arrive on time bus stop staff clueless about attraction in the area

Definitely doesn’t worth money. The floor was dirty, the cleaning was not appropriate (for ex.: long hair on the bed sheet and in the bathroom). Also there was a mold in the bathroom, the curtains were damaged, the lamp cover was dirty. Ventilation was too loud to sleep with, thanks god we could open the window. Rude and arrogant reception, smell of tobacco on the floor, noise from the nearest room (between us and the nearest room was only the connecting door). Good point is there is the bus stop to the metro station near the hotel. It takes ~30 min to get to metro from there.

Overall was good but rooms are small and condition of hotel was old. Better to stay near city

Amazing and easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Price was affordable and reasonable. Would definitely come back if we visit Rome again. Great location and free parking out the front.

Il Mercure West è pulito, con camere confortevoli e abbondante colazione. ottimo per chi si reca in zona Eur

Very very bad experience!!!! air conditioning doesn’t work the carpet smells very bad and the bed are horrible not comfortable at all. We could not sleep all night even breakfast not too good. When we went to reception, they get upset probably they don’t like foreigners.

位置相當偏遠，附近有公交車，需要耐心等待。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，價格也還算可以。早餐品種一般，入住率很高，團隊客居多。

Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable (pillows quite hard). Staff were helpful and polite. My only criticism would be the restaurants menu as it was quite limited

總體性價比還可以，是個正經的美居，裝修很old style，空調聲音有點大，但總體舒適度哈可以。早餐有點簡單，不過價格也不是很高，可以接受。
