Disappointing experience This was a pretty bad experience. Their front office is open from 8am to 2pm and if you arrive after 2 pm there’s no instructions on how to check in. They were not answering the phone so it was until very last minute that we got some instructions to get into the space. They send me whatapp message with the instructions and the message said that the breakfast was included but when I checked out they actually charged me for yhe breakfast saying that it wasn’t included. In the room things were pretty flimsy and looked like they were just there for looks not actual working order. In general not a good experience

I'd give a 0 if I could. Bed bug casings in the mattress and on the sheets, leaking bidet onto bathroom floor, smell of mold and mildew, tv not working. All reported to travel agency. Most disappointing is the lack of communication after I shared concerns. No one responded, not once and no one was at the facility after 2 pm. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

The room was perfect. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was the highlight as they had a variety of fresh options, pastries, and a specialty coffee machine. The only issue is I never received the bottle of sparkling wine which was promised with the VIP service, upon asking an employee they had no clue what i was talking about. The instructions to get in the hotel were clear and it was very walkable (30 min walk from main attractions)

Perfect hospitality! William was extremely friendly and helpful!! He asked us what our plans would be then gave us a huge map, told us areas to avoid as they were dangerous (we are mother and daughter), how to get around Rome, things to see and also recommended a restaurant with a 10% discount around the corner. The room was smaller than I've seen before but perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was really comfortable and there was a smart TV too. Breakfast was delicious! Salami and cheese, croissants, yoghurts, toast and cereal. Juice, water and coffee too. If I ever come back to Rome, I will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Good price for the location, easy to walk to some key attractions and from the train. Very useful staff as well!

Över förväntan! Vi fick ett stort bekänt rum till vår familj på 4. Sköna sängar och även en liten Jacuzzi. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Väldigt prisvärt! Litet minus för den läskiga hissen och starka dofterna av rengöringsmedel.
