This is a lovely guesthouse in Prati. Close to restaurants and short walks to Vatican, Piazza Navonna, Trevi, Pantheon, and Spanish steps. It is a few floors up and there is a lift. There is some city noise, but to be expected in a big city. Beds were comfortable with wonderful bathrooms and showers. The owner was accommodating, responsive, kind and helpful. Very clean and a great price. We would stay here again.

We only stayed here for 1 night as part of a bigger Italy trip. We arrived by train and then got the metro near to the hotel. The area is lovely and much quieter than the centre of Rome but still with a lovely atmosphere. There were lots of nice places to eat and drink close to the hotel and we were given some good tips from the owner. The hotel was in a lovely old building. The communal areas were clean and well presented and there was some delicious cake as well. Our room was nice and big and bright and clean. We had all the amenities we needed and wish we were able to stay another night.

Design 18 was lovely! Comfortable and in a great location. Streets are a bit loud at night, but I am sure they all are. The owner was kind, helpful and she even checked on us when she hadn't seen us all day. Great service. We would stay here again and highly recommend to all of you looking for an affordable option in Rome!!

It was a really cute room and it felt like a very cosy place. It was also in a nice, quiet part of Rome which was great for us, yet also convenient enough to some major sites. It had great accessibility and I loved the charming elevator! We were able to meet Giulia when we left and she was very pleasant and helpful and let us store our bags for the day.
