「洞爺湖真的很漂亮，湖面非常平靜，周圍羣山環繞，景色像明信片一樣。白天可以欣賞湖景，晚上還能看到美麗的夜景和煙火（季節限定）。附近有温泉、遊船和散步步道，非常適合放鬆度假。 這次來北海道，洞爺湖是讓我印象最深刻的景點之一。空氣清新，環境乾淨，節奏悠閑，非常推薦情侶、家庭或自駕遊客前來。下次有機會一定會再來！ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐」

「酒店有停車場，是先到先得的。 建議下午便快一點入住享受溫泉，因為上下兩個溫泉會因應單雙數日子，轉換男女上下午使用溫泉的守則。想到泳池則要記緊帶泳衣。 有咖啡店，旁邊有看書休息的公共空間，附近已有漢堡店及餐廳，行到外面就是溫泉街，有些小商店可行逛。 下午黃昏可到外邊湖旁散步，夏季於晚上還有二大分鐘的煙花演出，由湖左至右移動，於房間是可以看到大部分煙花時段，但也很推介大家行到湖邊觀賞，熱鬧但不太人山人海，氣氛滿滿。 早晚餐訂購了自助餐，官網也有其他用餐選擇的。自助餐場地很大，食品種類多，也有滿滿刺身的選擇。 The hotel has a parking lot, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend checking in a little earlier in the afternoon to enjoy the hot springs, as the upper and lower hot springs alternate between men’s and women’s use in the morning and afternoon depending on whether the date is even or odd. If you plan to use the pool, be sure to bring your swimsuit. There’s a coffee shop with a public space next to it for reading and relaxing. There are burger joints and restaurants nearby, and just outside the hotel is Hot Spring Street, where you can browse some small shops. In the late afternoon, you can take a stroll by the lake. In the summer, there’s a two-minute fireworks show in the evening that moves from the left to the right side of the lake. While you can see most of the show from your room, we highly recommend walking down to the lakeside to watch it—it’s lively without being overly crowded, and the atmosphere is fantastic. We booked the buffet for breakfast and dinner, though the official website lists other dining options as well. The buffet area is spacious, with a wide variety of food, including a generous selection of sashimi.」
