Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast with lots of choices! Kind reception area employees!! Clean, convenient, roomy...breakfast choices included fresh fruits, 2 kinds of milk, juices, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast croissants and a nice sized coffee bar!

Gross. marriott exclusive business traveler and really never ask for much but there are better non marriott options for bentonville. big water stains on ceiling, bugs in tub, stains on couch and prior guest underwear left in room. bath products empty..no housekeeping even with 5 nite stay. I take the garbage out but do other guests? fitness center is old equipment, outdoor grill always broken and scary smell from the furnace ac registers. never again.

This isn't a new property but in this case, that's a good thing! Those of you who travel a lot will know what I'm talking about. The rooms are (still) huge, there's (still) a tub, the lighting is warmer/kinder (not the LED harsh, white lights found in so many new hotels), the windows open, and the walls and windows are well-insulated so the room is quiet. The mattress was comfy, the towels were thick and big, the whole place was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great (good coffee, REAL scrambled eggs, not powdered, REAL oatmeal, not packaged, with cranberries, raisins, brown sugar, nuts, etc.). My only MINOR suggestion for improvement would be to properly mix/dilute the orange juice concentrate. I had to add water to make it drinkable.

The studio suite was clean with a roomy layout. The only two downsides are: 1. the fan in the bathroom is always on when the light is on and 2. The light over the sink is bright which is great to use the space but it shines on the bed which wakes my wife up. Friendly staff. We will stay here again. Great hot breakfast in the morning with coffee, waffles, and sausage.

Overall hotel is good. Lobby, staff, free parking and included breakfast all great. Rooms could use a little updating….wallpaper in bathroom was peeling, kitchenette sink had a horrendous smell when the water was running. Sofa bed mattress smelled of urine, so one in our party just opted to sleep on couch instead of folding the bed out.

I am hoping that our experience is an outlier. We booked this hotel as a Marriott member based on the great reviews. We're here for two nights. The positives--comfortable bed. great hot breakfast, quiet hotel. But the negatives--we recognized the evening we checked in that there were no glasses in the cabinet and only one mug. Checked the dishwasher and found unwashed dishes there. We also found broken glass in the bottom of the dishwasher. My husband went down to notify the desk and they said it would be corrected the next day. We handwashed the things that we needed. There was detergent for us to use. The next morning, since we didn't know if the day shift knew about our situation, we notified them again. They said it would be taken care of in the next hour. They also said they would give us some points for our inconvenience. Subsequently, they gave us 1000 points. We left and came back 6 hours later. The broken glass was gone, dirty dishes still there. I really wondered if they thought they were ours. Asked for a manager to come up and she did somewhat later. She took some pictures, replaced some towels, never really apologized for the situation. Again, I wondered if she realized that what we were complaining about was not our mess. We've done a fair amount of traveling during Covid to see our grandkids. I know that Covid isn't a huge concern for most people right now. But what we experienced with leftover dirty dishes and no real attention by the hotel is really unacceptable, in any situation, Covid or not.
