Hotel Avail absolutely exceeded our expectations! Everyone was kind and friendly from the moment we walked in. The bed was cozy, and the pillows were great! And the shower was amazing with three shower heads! Also, need to check out the Little Acorn in the lobby! Delicious coffee and at 3 pm they serve cocktails and small bites. We especially loved the on-site Oak Steakhouse on the 6th floor. Nice to have a restaurant on site. Everything was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend booking a stay here! We’ll be back! The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and pleasing to the eye. The multi head shower was amazing! Beds were very comfortable, blackout shades let us sleep in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. All around a wonderful place to stay. The Oak Steakhouse on the 6th floor was absolutely amazing. Bar staff was fun and attentive, hosts came and got us when the table was ready (no beepers). The manager and chef came to the table to make sure we were all happy. The wait staff was fun and attentive as well. The food was out of this world, absolutely delicious! And if you go, do not miss the rooftop patio and bar at sunset... Stunning views and a wonderful breeze. A night to remember for sure, we will be back!

We had a wonderful experience! Stayed for our wedding anniversary and all of the small personal touches were wonderful. Flowers and a personalized card in the room. Quick painless check-in, classy modern room amenities, good lighting, rain showers. The hotel restaurant, OAK, was also perfect. Every appetizer, entree, cocktail and dessert was well done and delicious. Staff was attentive and efficient. Will certainly be back.

We had a great experience staying at Hotel Avail last weekend. The hotel is beautiful and has great energy, and the staff couldn't have been more hospitable. We also loved the location in the Uptown Rogers area, which has tons for the family to do.

The experience was so WONDERFUL! The handwritten welcome card in the room, with my name on the TV screen, welcoming me, was a special touch. The beds, bathroom, shower, and lavender soap and lotion were amazing. Also, the coffee and pastries were excellent.

The hotel is beautifully designed and has many thoughtful touches. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in NWA!

Bed was comfy!! Food at Oak was incredible! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee bar. We may have to find an excuse to stay again!
