瑞賽爾斯達夫飯店(Hotel Re'Ser Stuff)

Une réceptionniste d une mentalité de voleuse...... Fuyez ces malhonnêtes...... En 50 ans, je n ai été reçu par un "pitbull" de réceptionniste féminine anti français. Suite à une erreur sur le site de réservation, Madame n a fait aucun effort de clientèle mais a su nous agresser car on n a pas voulu, en notre présence, prendre une autre de chambre à un lit single sachant que plus de chambre double .......pourquoi pas, ma femme et moi dans 2 chambres et pour eux 2 locations du coup.... Bref elle a gardé les 120 e car réservée (chambre à 90e simple normalement) sans une proposition d avoir hotel ou restaurant. Des voleurs ces gens là......passez votre chemin car en plus l hôtel est mal situé. Voir photo

ARrivée dimanche soir, la réception était fermée. J'ai dû attendre 25 minutes dans le froid que quelqu'un arrive pour m'accueillir. Chambre petite qui donnait sur la rue en travaux. Donc du bruit tôt le matin. Hôtel propre mais vétuste, serviettes de toilettes très usées (trous).

Stayed for one night, the property itself is in a good condition, room was clean and the receptionist spoke English which was surprising. Only issue was the room was a bit noisy, because of the road next to it even with closed windows. The property doesn’t have allocated free parking, so keep it in mind, there’s a parking space nearby (1minute walk) and I believe it’s not always free, but they stated free parking.

Hotel very apart from Luxembourg city. No parking place for free as was promised. No breakfast because restaurant was closed for some reasons - owner suggested to find some another one close. We arrived before 21:00, but everything was closed, no reception, and only after half an hour efforts we manage to wake up receptionist. We just saw a toilet at first floor ( was dirty and broken) and decided to move to another hotel. We find 4 star hotel in the city center for SAME PRICE

The parking was very limited and not near, the road was under construction and hard to find. No resturaunt at the hotel on Mondays and the no breakfest before we left at 6:45.

This is a nice hotel in a quiet village close to Luxemburg city. Our room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. There is a restaurant at the hotel but it was closed (I think it is closed on mondays) which was a pity as we could not find another place to ett in the village. The staff was nice.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, perfekte Lage, um nach Luxemburg-Stadt mit Öffis (kostenfrei in Luxemburg) zu gelangen. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer geräumig. Einziges Manko: zu wenige hoteleigene Parkplätze. Aber in der näheren Umgebung wird man fündig.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, chambre confortable, restaurant de qualité avec des produits cuisinés avec goût, petit déjeuner copieux dans une belle salle spacieuse. Hotel situé dans un quartier calme.
