Ideal to meditate and relax on the hanging swing. It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and from the pool area you can also see the sea, in a very relaxed and calm environment. The kids have lots of places to play and there is a ping pong table in the garage. Access to the barbecue and pool area is via a small staircase. It is possible to park at the door of the house. Services and common areas It is a private house with 600 m of land for private use and enjoyment. There is a sports area just behind the house with paddle tennis courts, and they offer bar and restaurant services at very affordable prices. The whole house receives filtered water with an individual osmosis circuit. The service of gardening and maintenance of the swimming pool is given on Thursdays. The maintenance person has keys from outside the house and enters independently by calling the bell first to notify guests of their arrival.
