落磯快捷旅館(Rocky Inn Express)

Great stay for a night. Bathroom was super clean, however towels could be replaced. The bed was comfortable and wifi was good. Good parking and front desk service was quick and easy.

Front desk attendant would rather be in a back room playing his games than be available for guests. When I complained about the condition of the room I was treated like a liar. The shower squealed loudly and there was barely enough hot water making for a bad shower. Toss pillows on the couch we’re torn. Bed skirt so wrinkled it was unrecognizable. Food scraps on the floor beside the garbage can. The carpet so stained and dirty I didn’t want to take my shoes off. Next morning we left and the same clerk couldn’t figure a refund and seemed uninterested in trying to do so. Only saving grace is the manager phoned a few hours later to give the refund. Now waiting to see if it actually happens.

This hotel is really showing its age... silicone around sinks not done well needs paint job ..thin stained towels.. plug ins that don't work. dirty old lamp shades.. bathroom door not clean

This was rated as 8.3 very over rated. We would give it a 4. Very old, musty, run down definitely needs a major upgrade! The pictures of the place were probably taken 20 years ago. Very deceiving!

I had to take towels to the front desk to get exchanged as they were dirty and hanging. There were not enough towels either. I also had to go to the front desks and ask for glasses too as none were in the room. What was disappointing is that we were not even offered an apology. Will not be staying here or recommending it in the future.

The carpet floors were very stained, this property is aged and could use a fresh reno Internet was poor, could use more routers on each floor or each room

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Great value. Will definitely stay here again!

My room was fine. A little older, but about what I expected for the discount price. Shower was good. Cable and internet were good. Bed was fine. The hallway however, was COLD. Heat was fine in my room when I had the heater turned on, but the heat in the hallways was obviously turned off. There was also NO breakfast at all. Just a couple of coffee pots going. No toast. Nothing. Not even any honey for my tea. Staff was almost non-existent. I'm guessing they weren't expecting many customers between Xmas and New Years. Still, a little disappointed.

Terrible Beds. No Alarm Clock. No Breakfast.
